If I had a choice I would honestly not stay here, everything about this hotel is infuriating, and . You are not allowed decent coffee with breakfast...that you pay for, as this needs to be paid extra...you are not given more water, after your first day of arrival, as you need to pay for water...there is literally no drinkable water in the rooms, unless you drink tap water, and for some this is acceptable, however I've had bad experiences from Durban tap water, so i try to avoid it. Overall this hotel is some of the worst I've had the displeasure to be forced to stay in.
MTN Scammed me with a promotion. MTN has scammed me with an upgrade promotion. On Monday 24/08/2020 I applied for an upgrade with the Samsung/MTN TV promotion when upgrading to the Samsung S20. Before the upgrade I specifically requested the availability of TV's and was ensured that there are TV's available. I did the upgrade on the day, however since I did not have my TV' licence with me, was ensured I can send my TV licence via email as they send all the TV licences through on Fridays. When I emailed my TV license and papers through on Wednesday, I was told that there are no more TV's I have contacted the complaints department with no responses. MTN Scammed me into an upgrade that I would have not otherwise gotten if not for the TV and the complaints department is no help at all. I am lodging a complaint with the CPA to take this matter further as MTN just does not care about the way they do business with clients

Claimed my stolen phones on Monday 13th August, sent all the paperwork through. Called and was told 24-48 hours. Called on Tuesday to find out the status and was told that one of the phone claims was closed because the lady thought it was a mistake....They had to reopen it again... Called on Wednesday and told again that it's being processed and will take 24-48 hours.... I am still without my phones and no clear indication that they are rectifying the situation... Now i have to wait another 24-48 hours to hear, and this is 2 days after the claim had already been launched. Overall really bad service
Finally after what seemed like a troubling and crazy road, my telkom line was installed on the 29th of september, but in ptoper telkom fashion, not even 2 weeks later my line is suspended. No bill, no email, nothing. Just suspended....Rediculous service
