Ms R Lehutso (Ref:100234415)I would like to thank the good service that I received from Tembisa Hospital, mostly I would like to thank the following people i.e Richard Baloyi Admin OPD and Lillian I didn't get her surname at (Pharmacy )who helped me a lot and saved my life,I brought a child to the dentist department for teeth extraction and when done with that I went to casualty to register a file so that I start taking my BP Meds there as I was getting it from Dischem and it's costly, it was late in the afternoon and most of the admin where already knocked off ,that's when I saw Richard going to the office and asked him I want to register a file and he said he has knocked off but he can quickly help me and so he did. He then directed me to the casualty nurses, the nurses asked me how they can help me,I told them that I have a prescription from my GP and I ran out of the meds so I need to take the meds and then they said I have to be seen by the doctor first as a new patient before given the meds,they checked my BP and found that it was too high 174/ I don't remember the Diastolic number, I then got checked by a very nice doctor by the name Dr Abraham who was also patient with my little boy who was also in pain at that time busy telling the doctor that he's in pain and wants to go home,the doctor explained thoroughly about the BP condition and gave me a new treatment and immediately gave me two tablets that I must drink sometime there,he then asked me to come to hospital the next day at 06:00am, after that I went to the Pharmacy where I found Lillian who quickly assisted me without waiting on the que because I told her that I'm with a sick child and I can't wait any longer, thank you Lilly for your understanding,in the morning when I arrive I went straight to the Family medicine where the service is speedy,you don't wait long to be seen by the doctor and there I was assisted by a wonderful Dr Huma,who also took his time explaining thoroughly about my condition as I'm new on this sickness and I have no enough knowledge about it, he educated me about it and I had so many questions to ask but still he was not irritated with my questions nor worried about finishing the que,he was kind enough to listen to me and advise me accordingly,he explained everything until I understand, he was very good I came out there happy with a smile because of the efficient service I received from Dr Huma,you are truly a good asset to that hospital. Weldone to all of you more especially Alfred Baloyi for saving my life on that day for helping out in lasts minutes I wouldn't have known that I'm in danger if you didn't go extra mile! I went to Steve Biko hospital/Opd clinic after failing to get through via telephones to get detailed info about the booking for Mammaplasty surgery last week, when I arrived at the hospital reception I was assisted by a very nice lady by the name Brenda Morodi, she was patient with me when I bombarded her with questions and answered me professionally and she was empathetic also as I have explained my frustration to her,she then directed me to the correct floor where they do bookings,when I got there I found a lady at a reception by the name Olga I don't know her surname, I explained why I'm there and that I have a referral letter from my GP and then Olga pointed me at another nurse/ Matron by the name Cherrine very nice lady indeed she put herself in my shoes and explained thoroughly on how they work in terms of booking for the procedure,she then discussed with Olga on how they can help me and then I was given a date, these ladies are good with patients and I hope and wish that others should learn from them on how to treat people! Keep u the good work ladies!
I phoned to get more info and also make a booking for the Mammaplasty surgery as I have a referral letter from my GP and I was told that they can't help me because I'm from Tembisa and they only cater for Johannesburg residents and I should go to Tembisa hospital, and then I said to the lady "Tembisa hospital doesn't have such procedures,I find it saddening that I can't be assisted yet I reside in Gauteng Province, she then told me to go to Baragwanath hospital which is way too far away from me and I fail to understand why can't I be assisted in any government hospital closest instead of going so far from my family, at least Helen Joseph is close and some of my family members are working in Jo'burg,this is absolute ************** of my right as SA citizen!

My name is Ms R Lehutso and I'm a customer at Nicheliving buying from them for the 2nd time and the experience has always been the best, I was trying to make another purchase from Nicheliving and battled to complete a purchase buying via Happy pay since from Sat' Upto now and the item I'm buying is on sale which ends tomorrow, luckily I received a call and email from Nicheliving by Mr Deresh Pillay who came to my rescue and promised to save the item and it's sale price for me, he liaised between me and Happypay to resolve my issue and I was given an extension until this coming Thursday. I'm really pleased with the excellent service I got from Mr Deresh Pillay 👌keep up the good work!👌
I like their products are cheaper,the service is good except that delivery takes longer .
They used to deliver on time,I have been buying from them for years and I never got disappointed but this time they disappointed me as I'm still waiting for my exchange since the parcel came damaged,I give them a benefit of a doubt because it's the first time I find a mistake with them.
My card was stolen on the 8th May 2021 and then I cancelled it immediately,I then on 12 Wed 2021 at around 14:00 arrived to the Tymebank kiosk /ATM in Birchacres mall, I found that the agent to assist me was not there ,they said she's on lunch so I waited ,waited and waited and then tried to get a new card by myself on the machine and the response from the machine was saying I should have R60 .00 in my account to get a new card or speak to the agent to assist so I waited again because there was no one,while I was waiting the agent came didn't even greet me , I then greeted her and ask her if she can assist me but first I explained what happened with my card,then asked her if she can assist me to get a new card then pay for the card later,she told me that she can't help me if I don't have money,she didn't even explain how to go about my problem so I started asking questions like what could be the reason for not getting a new card if I have no funds because I couldn't understand it since other banks you can replace the lost card and they will deduct it when there's money,then she got irritated and told me that ,that is not other banks and started saying a whole lot of nonsense to me,she mumbled that it's her 1st time to get across such a difficult customer since she's been working there and then I said to her I'm not difficult I'm only trying to understand how this particular bank operates as it's not long I'm using it,she then told me that I must move because she can't stand my questions so I said to her I'm not going anywhere until I'm served properly and understand everything that I have to do further,she argued with me and even said go to the banks I'm talking about I got angry and asked her did she even consider how long I have been waiting there to be assisted,I said to her I'm going to report this,after I mentioned that,that's when she said I'm sorry because now we were surrounded by people but when she told me that she never come across a difficult customer since she's been working there,other customers where there and I checked she was not wearing her name tag but I heard someone from the shop calling her Rose. She's has a bad service and chased business away on this day as there were about six in line people who wanted to open accounts but after that incident I don't think any person would want to carry on, imagine I got there around 14:00 and at 15:40 that's when she came but to tell me a whole lot of rubbish instead of helping me or rather explain thorough to me! I'm very disappointed with this kind of service!
You buy parcels from them ,you don't receive them and they will tell you about the return policy even though you have reported that the parcel is missing , you sent numerous times the complaints about your missing parcel still they repeatedly tell you stories when they have to refund or replace your parcel ,you feel like you are talking to a robot because the response is the same and the problem not resolved, if there's someone isesiible and empathetic in this company please resolve my problem.
The Clinic in Birchacres their service is extremely pathetic, poor management, unprofessional staff who even insults patients,they treat patients like gabbage, they keep you on the seats for long unnecessary even though there's only few people,they just leave you there and go in groups for long lunch with no explanation or anything of that sort,when they come back they seat in their rooms and chit chat while patients are waiting for long for their help and when you ask they insult you like your are some kind of trash, you are even told that if you don't need the kind of treatment you must go to the private clinics,for God sake we go there because we need help and we can't afford private clinics,but to get such horrible experience is not human, that place needs prayers and a good management/ supervision, everyone is rude there from the cleaner to the nurses,they behave like they do you a favour and mostly is our black people who treats the patients like that, I have always seen the white ones being professional unlike our black sisters not all of them though,they don't even wear name tags because they know what they do,I feel sorry for the poor elderly people,they talk to them as if they talk to kids,they need a thorough training on how to handle patients, that place is a traumatic clinic, you go there to seek help but end up getting worse, please can you do some changes in that horrific place,change the management as a whole because people will die seating there waiting for help while the staff is on a joyride, I'm disgusted with this clinic and I'm not the only one .
