I called the DStv call center on 031710222 and got assisted by Nontobeko She is a brilliant service consultant. As much as I didn't have all the information she required for her to assist me; she was extremely patient and didn't lose a smile on her voice. She held the line while I called for the full details. Big up to such service Nontobeko!
As an employee you get so frustrated when things aren't working properly in the office. Sometimes a service provider may try to assist you but end up confusing you more than you were before logging a call, but Leo from Konica in Newcastle made me feel like a technician. So friendly and conveniently sorted our scanner issues remotely as if he had visited us. I was very impressed.
DCC is extremely poor at resolving student inquiries. I wrote June 2019 exams (rewriting due to not being resulted in November 2016 because of their incompetence, since they failed to send my term mark to DHET as required). They could not resolve fir two years until it was I was requested to rewrite. Today still there are no results after rewriting for the same reason as in 2016 and no one is taking my inquiry seriously instead I am told that someone who was dealing with it has left...
I called to review my premium and with no trouble Sibahle and Anathi assisted to satisfactory. I am pleased with their service.
This policy is simply a rip off, when they make promises for rim repairs they won't tell you they do not repair bundt rims up until you forward a claim... only" damage from stone chips and re-spray" you claim for that and they decline your claim for that you can't spray a bundt rim... Does this mean I have to drive for two hours today to straighten one rim and then another two hours to refine & respray all rims? ? How foolish is that? They're good at debiting your account but when it is time to deliver on their promises they say: "hhay andizi! " after stalling until they debit again without telling you the outcome of your claim.
I had a minor enquiry that was in connection with my existing policy. It felt great to be assisted by someone as friendly as Vusi Rihlampfu. I would like just to say keep up the good work an that sense of humour u have makes it easy to maintain the clients you already have, so don't lose it by any chance.
It confuses me to have SABC collections breathing down my neck for an outstanding amount on my TV licence like I'm some kind of an irresponsible citizen who is failing to pay what is due to them when they are failing to honour section 33 of their own broadcasting act no4 of 1999, which they expect all citizens to respect. Especially after I did not just stop paying for the licence, I communicated my intention to do so considering that the area I live in is not in their frequency, that there is no signal at all "TV doesn't even begin to search for one channel, let alone connecting". Why should I pay two services providers for one service? They are reaping the poor community off for no reason since they're failing to provide their services as expected and demanded by the act. Why they have sent my name to the debt collectors who would nagg me endlessly for an accumulating debt they deserve not even a cent for ? I don't know. They do not deserve a penny from me or anyone living in my area. What's their legal department doing if no one understand their policies...? Truly irritating...
Mtn is able to have a fraudster do a sim swap on my behalf but has to ask me stupid questions calling them security questions and deny me a sim swap. Those questions are irrelevant to some ppl. How do u expect me to remember a price plan I chose years ago? How do I have frequently called numbers on the number that I do not use frequently? . If I have no access to my bank account due to the fraudulent sim swap done on my number how do I know and for how much did I last recharge on a number that is not my only number? I believe they are working with these fraudsters and they are such an inconvenience. I hate it when companies mistakes stupidity for being careful
I don't even know where to begin. From registration this college have been trouble. Delayed study material, student support that can't help, misinformation on orientation documents, not marking assignments on time and even claiming no submission on some assignments. To top it all up no exam results for November final exams to date, not to mention stinking attitude from some woman called Nadia from student support , I wonder why she is keeping the job she hates. Well when I requested my money back if they can't give me results, they granted cancellation with no refund, meaning R12108 is a gift from me to them. I appealed & guess what...? appeal was ignored, course cancelled anyway with no refund. Day Light Robert!!! Alison (head of exams) promises feedback the soonest every time I follow up but never come back to me or even respond to my follow up emails. Only God knows how do they expect me to continue with my studies if they don't give me results.
