I purchased a MAC foundation in your website and ordered an NC44 however I was sent and NC15 you guys are saying I cannot exchange this item, I have emailed you guys many times. This isnt fair as a customer I ordered the correct shade and you failed to give me the correct shade that I ordered and now you are quiet!!!!!!!
Im so disgusted i have been chased around for a whole month and a half i still not yet received my refund after supplying all the relevant documents this is honestly the worst service ever!!!!!!!!!
Disgusting service!!! I have ordered online at the fourways branch and contacted them twice its been and hour and still nothing the two times i called them they said the driver left.I waited again and then they called over an hour and a half and they say that the driver came here and knocked and no one opened yet i am sitting and waiting for so long and there was no on who came in I asked to speak to the manager and he was extremely rude! And literally made it seem as if i purposely did not open for the driver which is nonsense as the driver did not even come as he needed to call me to get a code to enter the complex which he never did and they would not allow you in the complex without a code!And my child is starving! I am absolutely disgusted!!
I purchased the woolies fresh food for my baby and it was expired i even emailed Woolworths and it's been over a week and no one has gotten back to be this is pathetic especially from Woolworths!!!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!!!
I have had the worst exprience with these guys from makro in centurion who have just messed me around with my OVHD decodor which i have sent in for repairs over a month ago and was told that i will be getting either a refund or a new one which never happened my husband called them last week to find out whats going on and there was no joy he was transfered to numerous departments and spend along period of time holding so someone could pick up he was passed around various departments and finally when he got to speak to a manager he was told that he will be contacted within the next hour which never happened so on friday the 13th we took a day off from work just to go to makro and speak to someone who can assist us and we spoke to a manager who was very apologetic and said that we should give her till monday she was going to call us and we have still not been contacted!
