Saterday afternoon after a funeral in Durban. We were towing the deceaseds car behind us up from Dbn to Gauteng. Just after Villiers tollgate we got a flat on the vehicle we were towing up. N3 toll help came. Tyre was not repairable. They suggested Swanies towning. A very young boy came, with NO IDEA OF CHARGES. He took tyre on rim to the "shop". They took the tyre off. Put and OLD WORN OFF second hand tyre on. There was less than .5 mm treat on the replacement. The original tyre was a 195 60 15. The replacement was a 195 65 15. We were charged R2450!!!! R450 csllout and R2000 for that s**** tyre. What has become to decency. Everybody just has a knife to your throat to take money you haven't got. Especially after a family funeral. They could not give us an invoice or VAT NR. The owner is Roelf (also calls himself Thabo) Swanepoel 0795037969, 0588210212 or 0726042508. The amount due was R2450!!!! Call out charge was R450. So for the worn off pathetic tyre we had to pay R2000 TWO THOUSAND RAND. This must be stopped!!!!!! It is robbery. People must be warned!!!!!
In all their stores, that I have been around the county, they have the friendliest staff ever!! Thank you Westpack staff.!! They do not force assistance. They greet friendly and let you shop but are there incase you require assistance. If you need help they go to great lengths to help, which is appreciated.
Our medical aid demands we use Pharmacy Direct for our chronic medication. When we started ordering there 2 yrs ago. Medication was delivered monthly without us phoning to order. Wonderful: same date every month. Now we order medication, we have to wait 5 days to a week for delivery. On the pharmacy system it shows it is booked out on the day we order, so we can't order before that date again. It come a week late last time and the vehicle was suspicious. I resigned from Carkrack service telephonically in October ALREADY because I have NO, NOTHING, NO, INCOME‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ OCT I PAID FULL. Nov I was ordered to pay R118.. To finally STOP. That I did that 3 DEC 2020.. 23 DEC 2020 THEY ONCE AGAIN TOOK R180 FROM MY BANK. I am furious with their pathetic service. I stopped debit order in Dec for R 180. Because it was already 2 months after cancellation. When our policy was definitely over in Dec, they call on 22 Dec to say the vehicles battery was disconnected.... So thus they have still not stopped the policy. I have had enough now. Thus the payment which just carries on. Hello Peter PLEASE HELP!!!!
I ordered a king size mattress 3 weeks ago. Obviously because I need it. Paid full price with order. They said delivery 5 to 7 working days. We are phoning the nr 0123453328 but they NEVER answer. I suspect it was a scam. My order nrTMW-O-316504.
On Sunday morning 23 September 2018, my 32 year old son, Eben Otto (cell: ********** 039), was travelling east in his Citi Golf 1.4i (NZ6315) which was in perfect condition, along the P415 (KZN North coast). Speed limit is 100km/h but he was travelling at 80km/h as it was on an incline. His fiance was with him. There is a off ramp from the R102. A reasonably new white Renault Clio was coming off the off ramp of the R102. The driver Lungile Sibiya (cell: ********** 912). (NRB 15851) Slowed down at the STOP sign and as he was approaching to the point where the 2 roads crossed, she did not stop but just kept on rolling forward into his lane. She was turning west on the P415. Wanted to take a chance infront on him. He slammed on breaks and tried to swerve out but she then braked and came to a stand still infront of him. Without a doubt Lungile caused the accident. Nobody was physically injured. They collided. Lungiles damage was on the drivers side back door. Ebens Golf nose was damaged mainly on the right front. So fender, lights, bumper, bonnet and internal engine compartment has some damage. He is an electrician in a factory in Mandeni. The only electrician, so if there is a problem he has to go. He works many hours overtime. He does not have other transport. He gets call outs at night sometimes if there are problems with the machines in the factory. He has to get somebody else to please take him any hour of the day or night. There were police on the site. Gave nr AR 17-09-2018. Eben does not have insurance. As Lungile caused it, Eben can claim from her insurance. She gave her insurance info as Coleman Insurance telnr : ********** . Spoke to Khosi. As it was Sunday my son phoned on Mondag morning to let the insurance know. Khosi asked for license copy and id, report and explination... all details. They said they are the BROKERS and will send all information on to Strategic Insurance Systems in Centurion. We thought A... at least we are moving forward! There Belinda ( ********** ) told us our documents are fine. But needed more. Whe sent photos Together with other documents. Still having Eben battling with transport. The public taxis were getting to expensive. We need help please!!! After 2 days Belinda at Strategic insurance systems ( ********** 441) told us they are BROKERS TOO!!!!!!! Belinda could at least give us a clain nr:25132 Once again. And she will send all documents to OMNISURE to Thabo Ramabelle on ********** 784. He requested al documentation as 1 pdf file with all in. License proof also requested. Eventually I send emailed pdf file with 18 pages to him. It was a full colleague. Now he apparently, finally has to lay it out to Old Mutual. But the system has been stalling for weeks now. In a few weeks it's December. He needs his car going on holiday with it. Can you beleved it? Coleman Insurance, Strategic insurance systems, Omnisure.. so far 3 brokers in the queue. It is ridicules. But ok, if the system works.... ok. BUT it DOESN'T. We are desparate. We live in Gauteng and Eben works on north coast. Our hands chopped off. Can you pls follow the matter please. We are sitting and waiting and it seems nothing is done. The whole mess is not because of our negligence in the first place. Old Mutual a billion dollar company, take close on 2 months to settle a claiam. Really.... you know the 2 quotes for damages.... one was R33 564 and the other R39 500. What is the use of brokers? Do they not have to follow up on there claims.... do they just pass documents on and do nothing further?? I can imagine Lungile is paying thousands per month for insurance as the are 4 BROKERS before Old Mutual. Please Old Mutual. This case is becoming stagnant. It's a small less the R40 000 claim. But for us poor struggling souls. Please bring a solution to the table.
We get our chronic medication from pharmacy direct. We are on phsycotic meds which we can not just stop using all of a sudden. Some of these medications have been finished from 27 Aug. We received sms's from medical aid that claims have been made on 27 Aug. Waiting, and waiting. Phoning and leaving messages. NOBODY CALLS BACK. PHONE AND YOU HOLD ON FOR EVER. Being without these medications are starting to take there toll. Last month blood preasure pills were held back because we had R41 sortfall on our medical. We were not informed, just left to smell these things. This month they actually let us know and we paid immediately. So that there would be no delay. On Thursday a sms was received which said p****l is out to dispatch. Hahaha. Nobody arrived. I am hom 24/7. So should somebody in the family comit suicide or have a burst out. Who the hell cares: " ofcourse it's not pharmacy directs problem". Is there no place in Africa which has good service?
We have been with Rapinet for internet access for the last year approx. We have endless problem. We have to phone daily because they have a IP problem on there network. If you call, them is it nothing out of the usual to hold on for 30 min IF they answer. We signed a 2 year contract for uncapped internet at speeds of 10mbs. But on the best days we get between 3 and 5 mbs. It is pathetic. We would like to stop this contract immediately and seek other connections more staple.
Ordered 3 meals for delivery 90 minutes ago. No food arrived.
On 18/10/2017 we had appointment with dr, Marie Landman from Medipark Centurion to renew our chronic medication scripts. We got the 4 scripts for the 4 people in our family. I went to Pharmacentre in Waverley to give in the scripts. They said Bonitas was not willing to pay for any medication and they said Bonitas said we should go to Pharmacy Direct. We registered and again the scripts were submitted. There I was told our chronic benefit was exhausted. That I am ok with, but then I was also told our PMB illnesses no longer excisted.... Previous years the usual chronic would be exhausted by now but the PMB (prescribed minimum benefits. the serious medication, life threatening would still be payed ).... in other words those that are crucial. Now we were told there are NO PMB conditions registered for us and once again... we have to pay cash for all medications. The PMB limit is unlimited. Our previous medical access cards showed the PMB's now the new card show no PMB conditions. Just down graded without informing the member of such changes.
