Worst insurance company I have ever delt with
Bought a house Feb 2025. Ooba assisted with the process and also offered me building insurance at a reasonable price. In Nov 2025 I summed a claim for a leaking roof. I received an email stating that my claim was going to be rejected and a formal rejection letter will be sent. This never happened. I later saw that you only have a certain amount of time to dispute the rejection and I assume this is why i never received the rejection letter. The reasons for the rejection was due to no maintenance and gullies not built to spec but we have approved building plans. Looking at other one star reviews it seems they look for any excuse not to pay claims. They were quick to take my money but when it came to claim there were silence. I have sent multiple emails requesting the rejection letter and only received it this week ( Conveniently after the appeal period has passed). I have moved to another company and will also cancel my credit life insurance. Please be very careful when deciding to insure with these people.

Honestly the most shocking experience ever. I have worked with them for a few months now. They never stick to the schedule to collect cash. The planner at G4s Rustenburg does not know what he is doing. Some days they don't even collect . After calling the planner to find out when they are coming he will give you some lame excuse and then if you phone again he will not answer the phone. Trying to lodge a complaint with their Head office is impossible. They will transfer you to the Rustenburg branch where they don't answer or if they do the manager is never available. Don't know how they are still in business.

SUZUKI BALENO - WORST CAR= WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
Bought a Baleno in September 2022 with Horrible wind noise and the radio giving a error every time I drive. After months of taking the vehicle in to be fixed they decided to give me a replacement vehicle( The 3rd one after damaging my vehicle before I even received it) just to change their minds at the last minute to say that it's normal wind turbulence. Now I sit with this vehicle. This after they DP said his wife baleno doesn't sound like that. No Help . DON'T BUY A BALENO!!!

Worst company ever!!!!
My Audi A4 went to fastfit for fitment of new control arms and wishbones, with a half a tank of petrol of course. When i got my car back they drove over 400 km with my car?? please explain how the hell do you test drive a car for 400 km??? I have a surprise for you, i got a tracker and on moday i will go and check where the hell you went with my car!! My car was returned full off oil hand marks and my mats are full of oil . Hope you are ready for whats coming
