So I felt it was necessary for me to change my review. We called to order as the Pizza Perfect app wasn't working correctly. The lady who helped us over the phone was incompetent. It took her 20 min to take our order down. 20 min! Really? Who's going to pay my phone bill? She also didn't know anything about your current special regarding buying 2 large pizzas. We had to inform her on it. Lol she even sounded shocked. Then we asked her to replace the avo on one of the pizzas with pinapple which we were charged for. We have never been charged for this before as clearly avo is much more expensive than pinapple. So you guys are winning right? But no apparently not. This is not the first time we struggled with this same lady over the phone and your service.
Pretentious service!! I am sure during times like these Browns can't afford to be pretentious!! The way you treated my partner when he wanted to buy my engagement ring here was disgusting!!! Remember PRETTY WOMAN!!! BIG MISTAKE!!!! COMMONER!!!! TREATING MY PARTNER LIKE SHE DID!!!!
I have never been treated so poorly by any business I have ever encountered. I called to find out prices of lime leaves. When she answered the phone I introduced myself. She mumbled something that she doesn't understand me and hung up. I called back immediately and asked why she hung up? This time she did understand english and said that they are to busy to help me. SO RUDE!!! RATHER BUY FROM OTHER ASIAN SUPERMARKETS. ATLEAST THEY HAVE BETTER SERVICE AND BETTER PRODUCTS.
Worst service with very rude owner. Called to ask if they stocked lime leaves. She answered the phone, I introduced myself and she rudely replied that she doesn't understand and hung up. I called back infuriated. I asked her why she hung up, but now this time she could understand me and said that she is to busy to take my call. Establishments like yours need to be closed down!! Rather shop at other Asian supermarkets in Johannesburg. You do not treat customers like this.
Douglasdale PnP used to be great but the past 2 year everything has gone downhill. Rotten fruit on the shelves which I complained about and never got any answer in return and much more. Yesterday I bought some of their vanilla sponges, as I have always been doing for years for birthday cakes for friends and family and what I received was disgusting. The sponge cakes were so dense and dry that it was inedible. The sponge tasted beyond cheap as if PnP Douglasdale tried to bake a vanilla sponge cake with swiss roll batter. Which I know to be a very cheap batter variety. What is going on at this PnP??!!! The quality of everything has rapidly decreased. PnP used to have the best bakery ever but all of this is gone and replaced with cheap alternatives.
I have had my PS4 for a year and 1 month now and had to replace my second generation controller twice already. The analog stick becomes sticky which results in in-game characters moving by themselves. Changing the dead zone also doesn't help. I have talked to countless gamers who said they are facing the same issue with the second generation controller of PS4. These controllers cost an arm and a leg! I might as well just buy a gaming computer instead of a Playstation as replacing the controller once to twice a year is ridiculous! Here I am excited to buy my new PS5 but now I'm thinking, will this problem persist with PS5 as the PS5 controller is even more expensive? The scary thing of it all is that my PS1, PS2 and PS3 controllers still works fine. What's going on Sony?!
I have bought the PA80 Polaroid smar****ch for my partner for his birthday. The watch works fine but has some disappointing factors. The box and advert says it indicates weather which it does not at all. The app doesn't allow you to upload your location even though there is an option for it. The watch does not allow you to answer call. Also, the watch does not show emojis and just write "emoji" in the message. The watch only stores and shows max 3 messages at a time. The operating button also feels flimsy and fragile.
Ordered the Full Deck platter and also a sushi platter for takeaway and was very disappointed. First of all my order was wrong. Secondly everything was covered in the butter lemon sauce which made everything which was fried mushy and it looked disgusting. Looked like vomit. Thirdly the prawns were completely overcooked and some even burned...thats if we could manage to find any prawn meat in that dog vomit mess. Finally adding the cherry on the cake...the sushi tasted sour which means you guys added way to much vinegar to your sushi rice. What baffles me is you guys know it's wrong but you still sell it to your customers which basically shows you guys just don't care or you think your customers are stupid enough not to notice it. Apparently spending over R700 is still not enough for you guys to present quality.
Amber Moon is a must-stay. Pearl and her husband were truly great hosts. The guesthouse is fully equipped with everything you can think of, beautifully furnished with a spectacular view of the dam and mountain range. The house is also filled with stunning art pieces painted by Pearl herself which we really enjoyed as we 're artists ourselves. We will with out a doubt definitely stay here again. Thanks again to Pearl and her husband for making our stay a very relaxing and comfortable experience.
I'm so so so disappointed by this place. I had a medical emergency this Sunday and called them to ask if there is any doctors available today. I was informed that there were 3 doctors on duty an they only except walk-ins on Sundays. Also informed I should be there by at least 11:45 to be able to see the doctor because they close at 12. After driving all the way from Hartebee****rt I arrived there 11:15 to find the gates locked. I called 600 times as this was an emergency and no one answered. Eventually 10 minutes later someone picked up the phone who then informed me they are closed and all the doctors have left. This is unacceptable! Before I left Hartebee****rt I called them and notified them of my emergency and tell them I'm on my way just to arrive there almost an hour before their closing time to find the gates locked. This makes me wonder if medicross really care about their patients.
