takealot service is very poor i have been waiting for a answer regards to my return get email say it been repaired but no update on the website on my account and if i email it same poor answer why do your staff lie please advise me what is the issue i want the ceo or some one that is in warehouse return department to give me answer to when will i get my repaired return back i been just accepting the bull **** but if no actiion being done will take legal action and charge take alot for fraud as i trusted this company but i been disappoint will not support this any more must bring down takealot as this is unfair labour pratice :(
Laptop deal for 199 was having a battery issue so i was not happy still no help and being billed for items that i do have either they send me a new laptop or change the deal thats what i want as im sent many emails but still no response number in question **********
i had a claim with santam my tv was water damaged due to rain n it was mounted on the wall so it fallen down now they dont want to pay for my claim waste of time insurance company only take your money this is bull **** and i must phone them to get ans what kind of service is this you send emails u get no response i will go to the media and legal action as i am a paying my premium they are useless do not insure your goods they speak lies to u
I have being billed every month for a laptop deal that is not canceled many calls and emails have been sent mtn is not helping me i do not have the laptop it was out of box failure so now i am paying 200 rand every month cos they do not do their job and i am the one MTN chatsworth center does not want to help me as i relocated back to johannesburg now next step of action is going to the media or legal as from my side they take my money if they want to not cancel they must send me new unit as i am not happy
i have been trying to cancel a land line with telkom for the past two months every time they say they will do it and sweet nothing gets done now i will not pay the account as they will be forced to cancel the account and every time i must send same docs to cancel when they do not do there job i need a answer telkom staff in the call center are useless and at the branch you only get can not do it who do i need to speak to cancelling land line
bought a book self from decofurn one panel was damaged the staff in collections is rude no people s****s racist did not want to refund and is use less even the account manger has no people s****s will not recommend any body to buy stuff from there as the after service stinks they want your money but when u have problem they do not help will never buy any item from edenvale decofurn they do not know the consumer protection act staff is not train to talk to people
