My daughter and Son, unemployed was approached by a consultant from Zone Fitness Promenade 27 Dec 2025. Promoting free month subscription who knows what, uneducated they gave ID and contact numbers etc. Out of the blue we are getting demanding SMS's and calls that fees are behind and never paid and must be paid immediately to avoid being handed over!!! After visiting the branch and making calls to get this sorted, we need to get the messages of the consultant to prove that we did not sign up (who no longer works for them) how do you sign someone up that is unemployed?? Please explain. Do you not do credit checks before signing people up especially from teenagers.
Last week 16th Oct, I went on their website and ordered a pair of kicks. Firstly, they did not have the colour so when I sent them a whatsapp i was told they had stock made the size available. I then emailed them, to make sure they got my payment etc. All was confirmed and was advised that I will send my delivery on Monday 21st. I then follow up this afternoon only to be told they dont have stock. I can't believe someone recommended me to them. This is such bad service. I just want my money back.
I made contact with DR department on email - ccsequeries. They sent me outstanding amounts etc but when I sent them pop no one rep**** its been day 2 and still nothing. I called contact center number for Capitec and whatsapp but no one could assist me. Kept saying I should contact them directly. I called the numbers of the signature of the people who emailed me as well but the numbers do not work. I dont understanding for such a big company that it takes that long to reply to someone. I know there are turn around times for everything but when I asked for the information it was quick but now just for them to confirm receipt of my email or payment no reply its like they vanished into thin air. Such bad service its pathetic really
On Monday 11th July I reported a fault with my router. I obviously followed up asking when this will be resolved and was told 24-48 hrs. It is now day 3 and all I been hearing the ticket was logged by afrihost to vuma but they has not responded and still busy investigating.. Can someone please explain how can this be investigated when no one was at my home to do so? and how does one log tickets and not respond and just leave it. I respected the turn around time, but this now just ridiculous. There must be another company that provides better service than this!
A few months back I applied for extra view. Bought a new decoder and used the old one for second view. After the installers were there this did not work so we took the pvr decoder to DSTV in promenade to "marry" the two devices and they called it. Since they did this my decoder keep saying hard drive faulty. I have complained, and waisted my airtime on several calls. I even went back there (DSTV promenade) and they just keep denying they broke the pvr and wants us to pay for a new decoder!! With this i am unable to enjoy the extra view as its still no working. This is pathetic that a big company would admit they were wrong and just fix what they broke. On top of that I am paying for extra view but not using this service because of a decoder that worked perfectly but now is broken!!!!
