I requested a quotation for the Insurance of my company vehicle of which i was offered household contents cover, cause apparently to brings down your Premium and like every other Customer we all opt for the Better deal, I was then asked to do an inventory of my household contents of everything i thought was valuable i added on, happily given in and most happily accepted by Old Mutual, debit orders have been taken out on time, every month. In March i had an unfortunate incident of a pipe in my downstairs bathroom burst int he middle of the night, i was awaken by my air-con going off and room suddenly became very hot, on inspection my found my entire downstairs in to be in ankle deep water, rushing to close water mains and to sweep out water and take out pics was the most daunting task, when my agent awoke the next morning, i made a call to find out what is my procedure having never claimed before, i filled out the forms, got the quotations and submitted, 3 weeks later i was told they are sending out access-or, happily met him at home and went through every pot and pan and s**** and that time i did not understand what was going on but it seemed as though Old Mutual was now doing what should have been done at inception of this policy. Today i was sent an email by my agent telling me that i am now way Under Insured and against the damage i have claimed R61 000 i am being offered R2075 for being under insured. I need to know who else has been scammed by Old Mutual and what is the Legal way forward.......PLEASE HELP
Neotel decided to shut and their doors and asked all subscribers to port their numbers out, i being a RED VIP client of Vodacom decided for the sake of no paper work to take my business to them on the 26 APRIL 2019, i was happily sold a package (BBC WIRELESS LITE PROMOTION) by a salesperson in the store (Jonathan Naicker), I was then asked to send a letter to Vodacom PAVILLION requesting the PORT from Neotel, every thing done, happy that i will not be left with out lines i waited patiently for the port to take place in the prescribed time as per the sales person, 2 weeks later and still nothing transpired, assuming that maybe i have not understood or assembled the product properly, i went off tot he store to enquire, i was then told they where unaware that the porting didnot take place and the device was assembled by the sales person. I was then told that the paper work was not in order and that they where sorting it out, 1 week later and closer to Neotel shut down still no porting has taken place, off to the store i was again and fed a different story. many clients of there's is having this issue, maybe i should cancel it, having left the devise at my office, i was then to return the device and start the process with a new service provider, took the devise back to store on this occasion the store Manger ( Louis) was available and he refused to take the device back and said that i should wait till Neotel closes and maybe then the porting will take place, needless to say, its now 2 weeks that i am with out phone lines, numerous calls and emails and no help from Vodacom, i then was advised to send a letter of cancellation to them seeing that up untill this date 13 July 2019 they have not full filled their part of the deal, all of a sudden i receive messages of the billing statement, for a service that has not been full filled, can any one advise me further, my company has lost thousands in the loss of business, they have not even responded to me emails. PLEASE HELP VODACOM PAVILION IS RUN LIKE A PLAY GROUND BY A BUNCH OF IDIOTS THAT HAVE NO IDEA OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
Activated my new contract of smart data 10g, pocket router on 23/10/2017 and on Thursday 26/10/217 i have been advised my account is sitting at R11275.16. i signed up a contract of R299 a month, how could i have possibly used all that data in 4 days, and just why was i supposed to have set a limit apparently on this account when i signed up for R299.00, i was never once told that i was going to have an open line. as per my understanding if i am buying something at R299, thats what i should pay, Cell C, is a bunch of thieves, i do not have the funds to pay an account of this nature. I have always heard stories of cellc and their useless pathetic underlying selling tactics.
