Hi i bought from them first time didnt had isues the second time i bought game pass i got a code that is wromg from india had saud to use a vpn but still dodnt work brought it under their attention still dod t work and not getting help or assistance from them to resolve the issue on the code they read the messages but they dont respond on whatsapp april helped me than got ignored afterwords i will not recommend these people as they ttake your money and send out **** codes

Hi Too anyone reading this or owner/manager A week ago i was at matrix warehouse comstantia koof to get myself the ddr2 ram for a laptop they didnt had it in stock they dont greet just can i help you beside that i have all my details to them a week ago today the 7th november 2024 10:00 i went back after failing to contact me about the ram went in the lady was eating the guy technician that has a big attitude problem didnt greet i asked about how far or long my ram still going to be they huh me and said no i didnt order it there but i was in the shop a week ago so when i turned around they started laughing at me why i dont know the lady had a eye pearsing and did not came through at all as professional how can you treat costumers like that the technician wont laugh at my face but behind my back im urging people to stay away from this place cause you are not goimg to get any service at all they are very unprofessional dont know their job probebly nothing from computers asswell.... I want too report this i opened a case at police station did everything they ask for my xbox one series x was ****** took 3 weeks to decline me that i cant provide proof of purchase on my claim wich i bought my console cash now my Q is who will have proof of purchase after 4 years no one will have that please guys stay far away from these people The person Thandazile vilakazi when i spoke to her she understand that it was bought cash then aftee 3 weeks sending emails with no reply or a phone call frop 3 diffrent people that was reviewing my claim they rejected me so i lost my console that i bought for R14999 i los because i could give them a slip that i bought the console i evan sended tham S/N that was not good enough wich was on my microsoft account and the peron that i named was very rood and unprofessional
Let me start with my console the warranty that i payd for should have been on my console instead it was on my xbox one series x controller i left it (had the same problem a few years back now worse!) i had sent me controller in where seabourne express came to fetch it 5 times now listen to this my subscription i could not use as the took 5 weeks and 4 days where i was promised by Eloisa mae that i will be compisated on my subscription all good i wated that time sdtipulated and when i received i got the old controller back a very rood Mariem told me by email that i used me subscription until it was expired BULL****!!! I RECEIVED THE CONTROLLER FROM THEM AND SUDDENLY THE SERIAL NUMBER IS NOT VISIBLE ***!!!! Than i was not evan granted a subscription be ware very aware of xbox they are only out to make money of the gamers and dont care about one of the xbox gamers out there im fedup as i hd to pay R1500 out of my poket to service my console and i am not working evan they really ****ed me off currently im not evan using my console anymore and going to sell a'd i am strongly thinking gling to get a ps or pc after 25 years with xbox and never had a good experience woth them at all. I know there is alot af gamers that can back me up so thank you mariem i hope you loose your job rood as hell i know they just going to laugh this of im not done yet im going to get all the gamers to take things further. I should have left years ago but now im going to strongly going to.
Hi im writing this review as a ver 15 yrs ambasador xbox one game pass and gold customer the reason is that it came under my attention that microsoft and xbox are now only bringing games out for the @RR&_ console series s/x im not working and pay alot of money for gamepass and most of the games coming out are not playing on xbox one x wich i have why they cant equal all to play tje same game that comes out and saw they dont give a hell of their gamers just to make money im very dissapointed as i cant afford a series console wich i know my one x is better than the series s so why series console games not to play or compatible to play i dont know what to do as its not fun or lookinf forward anymore to play i think there is alot of gamers that wil agree with me on this soory to say but this is bull and not say the controller i received from the service dep is already gone broken whats happening with xbox was never like this evan its removed on my account how i can explaib that speechles so realy lets see how xbox are looking after there gamers date is the monday 07 aug 2023 19:30 time lets see if they will comeback on this
What can i say all the money i paid for vanguard & modern warfare its now 3 4weeks plus minus that they are mailing me for details after sending a video what is happening i am a IT Tech and know b now that they are dodging me by diffrent staff members mailing me they cant find this and cant that my logins is fine but cant find my account really.microsoft asswell thats why playstasion are going passed you cause you fiddle with @###$$ stuff that worked and now not working 2 big companys takes 4 weeks still not corrected.Really its pathetic service & pathetic staff im not evan working and i know i will do better i dont know what to do know
To whom that is reading this Hi well where do i beging im awaiting payment from Dec 21 until now. A freindly helping lady helped me update my bank details till now i havent received my money. All that is saying no payment date yet please wait how long do you you have to wait borrowing money here than there to keep on going with life. Do sassa actualy care or they to busy picketing the money eating everyday nice?! Very unhappy customer/client of microsoft/xbox one x. I have been with xbox since 20002 Till to dat 2022. My complaint and still my concern is this. On the 28/04/2022 my xbox one x newest model with the 3 buton in the middel i have never sended in something like this to microsoft nice seabourne came and picked up my accessory and after 3 +- weeks came back finaly happy to test it out suprize its worce. Already missing playtime Sended it back again 2nd time 3rd Time was For 3 faults not charching and it just goes of and takes a while to switch on Than thumgrips still no fix And still not charging. And the best is this and if a manager is reading this how do you make promises and cant keep it. I was fedup realy unhappy phoned i was Was going to this clari i heve never ever thought that she made such promises that i have been said. Now 20/04 /2022 till date 16/06/2022 amd still waiting for that promise i will receive wich will be on syster than after a while came accros jestoni he couldn T be help at all and refused me to talk to his manager. I hanged up can imagine how would you feel discusted promises after promises and sorry this and that with benedict and clarisse. Hi have been with takealot for a while now why i had no choice to review this as im getting worried i spended about over R7000 at takealot al freindly phoned you when you requested suddenly no service after i was not spending aloot money anymore. Main reason is that they do no or did not implify my ebucks wich fnb doesnt know where your ebucks went (probably became zombies and ate eachother up dont know? Im asking now for four months + for a manager to phone me in this regard no one has and wont making themself guilty my Quistion where is that ebucks from my hard urned mony gone too from july until now fnb Ebucks takealot?
