Don't order anything from these *********** company. No Communication skills. It's like talking to a 2 year old. could not deliver and have issues with refunding me. I ordered on Thursday. Paid immediately. I was supposed to get my stock on Monday. On Monday I had to contact them and the response was again short and rude. Today, again... still waiting for stock... no apologies nothing. NEVER AGAIN!

Hulle stock op die website is verkeerd en as jy sê 'n ander kleur is reg, kan hulle nie jou order verander nie so hulle moet jou refund. Dit vat 2 weke. So jammer vir jou... hulle is so onnooslik!

Since March 2017 we are on a Price Lock R949 / m payment plan. On 6 Aug they added R541.93 to my account and again on 6 Sept they added R412.90 and again on 4 Oct they added R346.66. I phoned more than 20 times. Case no. ********** . They can't put me through to the right department to speak to a competent person, handling the Price lock plan billing. I can only speak to random consultants that always says the same thing " we will escalate your matter" I'm fed up phoning. Where does this extra charges come from? DSTV owe me R1301.49. When I phoned on Thursday they said I owe them R1028. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE!!!?
