When entering, I wanted to move an extra chair to the table, the 3 ladies started laughing and screamed "social distancing" and laughed hard. I was so shocked at the way they handled it. It was my honest mistake. Ordered for my family, asked the cashier if they sold small milkshakes. The lady at the back grilling started laughing full-throated! I asked them why they were laughing at me. The cashier treated my so rudely. Then we waited for our food for such a long time. Could see that they were spitefull. I only received half a swirl. When my father asked her where the rest is, she replied " Ntate, you can see it's full. It was not! By the time we got our 4 burger meals, our milkshakes were melted! This all happened on a Sunday afternoon outing to Parys with my family. When I left we told the lady grilling the burgers to put on her mask properly as her nose was not covered! No one used gloves! Such disrepectfullness!
Absolutely pathetic service and dishonest owner! After receiving my quote and making the deposit, a 3 week project turned into a 3 months plus project. Weeks would go by with no one contacting you. When getting hold of someone, they would use excuses such as the bakkie was in an accident, or it looked like it was going to rain etc. The quality of the swimming pool is poor and no warranty exists! After finalizing the pool, they sent me a new quote indicating that there are extra costs (which was included in the original quote) which needs to be paid otherwise I won`t get my warranty. Really dishonest, still waiting for my pool net and blanket which I paid for...
I went to Incredible Connections in the Vaal Mall, my father and I went to buy him a laptop, as I am about to pay I asked the cashier if I could swipe my ebucks card for points. She then mistakenly put the transaction through on my ebucks card. I requested her to reverse or cancel the transaction, she told me that she could provide me with a gift card; I said no, I need it to be reversed as it should be paid with my fathers card. The cashier told me that she cant, I then called FNB and they told me that they should cancel the transaction. They then put the transaction through with my fathers card and asked if I could come back later as the manager is not in to fix my ebucks account. I returned later that day and they said that they would call me in the week and reverse the transaction. I received a call from the requesting that I should come again with my card so that they could debit the money back, when I arrived they asked if I could return back another day as the manager is not in. I then went the Friday and they took my card and said that they debited the money back. A week later I requested a detailed balance from FNB for my ebucks account just to realize that they have not paid the money back but accidentally deducted it again, I am now R11000.00 in the red thanks to them. I called them again today about the problem, and they said that unfortunately the manager is on leave! I am so frustrated with the incompetence of the staff and manager at Incredible Connections. If I had known what a disaster it would be I would have never bought the laptop there in the first place!!!
