My online order canceled with NO alternative OFFER!! I was so ****ed I order Easter items from makro ONLINE HENCE TO AVOID LONG LINE! On the 4 April fluffies, hens EGGS and a TOP deck bunnies slab order was placed money was deducted, 2 days later I get an email saying my order was canceled due to no stock!! What the **** when the order was successfully placed my money was deducted from my account instantly now I get a email with no alternative offer and I just had to accept it! So disappointing and highly unprofessional than they return my ****ing money piece by piece with every transaction half of what they transferred was deducted by the bank for fees IL never order anything from them online ever again F you!!!!
I've ordered a pair of JNR Van's for my daughter online after struggling to get her size we finally did made payment on 30 Nov, takkies was delivered today only to find the shoes are so blady dirty no wrapping or paper inside the shoes like we always receive them, soles are filthy, the inner part of both shoes are so dirty!! So it's clear those shoes were worn by someone else who brought it back to the shop and when we ordered online it was sent to us WHAT THE HELL!!! I order online to avoid long queues and all my other items received was always on point but this is utter ****!! I've sent 2 emails already one to customer service and the other to tfg online shopping all I've been getting all day is ticket numbers and they will get back to with 24 to 48 hours!
If i could rate this company 0 I would I've made a claim in September 2020 and up until today no response but monies are being deducted every Flippin month numerous emails sent phone calls and no one answers, whatsapp messages what the hell this is unprofessional, disrespectful and pathetic service feel like putting them in the local Newspaper for the world to see!!
Hi i did assesment at iinet(merchants)and passed went into the interview room answered random questions nd passed as well out of 6 people only 3 made it me included. Last friday26.10.17 went to sign my contract and was told we starting on monday 30.10.27 5am-1pm nd ive been taken for a fool ever since monday i got up early hours of the morning at 2 am to be exact waited on transport to collect me only but to wait the whole morning i eventually got to the rex building at 7am with my husband only to find all the other people in a training room hard at work that signed with me nd my name not on either of two lists by this time im mad as hell they tell me im a back up whoa!!! nobody said anything on friday at on boarding i left that building furious got up for nothing went there for nothing nobody had answers as to why im the only back up my contract stated none what so ever. So im at home got a call it will be dealt with and rectified i need to wait up tuesday again transportation is sorted got up at 2am once again waited since 2:30am to be collected at exactly 3:28 someone calls and say the driver is looking for my place i give the guy directions how to get to my place and again nobody shows up(ek sit en wag soos kiepie die kont) i try calling back to the number which i received a call from no answer phone just rings! That is how they treat people which is highly un acceptable Yes we all need jobs but im nobody's ride. Got a call yesterday from caron stone all the way in Johannesburg asking me whats happening she assured me she will have answers by wednesday its almost friday and still no feed back i feel they can take that contract and f it in a rubbish bin. Just putting it out there thats what they do and no one from management here in cape town cared to call or email ect...asking or explaining what's happening Loren is the only one who has been helpful but she can only do that much she needs to wait on management for answers as well thanks Loren i appreciat your time and effort.
