They damaged 2 of my gas cylinders when I went for a refill. Both cylinders were damaged on different days. They wanted me to buy their cylinders instead and therefore damaged mine and **** that they are faulty. I ended up buying new ones to replace the damaged ones. The reason I don't believe their report is one cylinder was brand new and I had bought it the same day from a different supplier. My other gas cylinder was still fairly new and I had been using it almost on a daily basis, so I took it to them for refill while it was working just fine. I am convinced the motive behind the lie was to up their sales. Such an awful experience. I never went back to them
For some reason, service delivery is too much work for them. They are happy to receive our money without fulfilling their end of the deal. I am a user of one of their smart prepaid meters and after transferring money into their account on a Friday between 4 and 5pm I was given only about a quarter of the units I had paid for. Upon calling the person responsible for this service on ********** , I was told I will have to wait for Monday as there was nothing he could do about it. Should their clients suffer for their malfunctioning systems? It is their responsibility to make sure their systems are working properly to avoid receiving calls after hours otherwise we forget about their smart prepaid meters and return to the conventional one. I do not mind complying with their requirements but I request they take their clients serious as they seek the convenience they get from their services in exchange for their hard earned money.
