UNDUE Harassment from RAIN for one year now ! Good day, When I signed up with rain in 2020 if I remember correctly, I also ordered the black and gold portable chargeable router and paid for it in FULL. In 2021 I moved to an area where rain does not have signal. The entire month I did not even use the router fully as there is no signal where I was. When I finally contacted rain and asked why I don't have signal, the rain tech said they don't have towers in that area, which means I wasted my money in March. Note: when I signed up to with rain, bought the rain router, and paid for the new router in full, NO PERSON AND NO DOCUMENT STIPULATED THAT RAIN OWNS MY ROUTER NOR THAT IT IS BLOCKED. Since last year I have been harassed by debt collectors asking me to pay rain. What on earth???? This is absolutely disgusting !!! I pay upfront for the data every month and I paid in full for the router. When I requested last year for rain to UNBLOCK MY RAIN ROUTER THAT I BOUGHT AND PAID FOR IN FULL, the tech said they refuse to unblock my router. It's now March 2024. Now I still have a useless router that twin refuses to unblock and debt collectors stating i owe rain money. Excuse me but you need to email me evidence that I owe rain.. You also need to email me the documents I signed stipulating that rain owns my router and it is blocked. This is completely ********* service and I am reporting rain to the ombudsman on Thursday 28 March 2024 if my router is not unblocked by Wednesday 27 March 2024. I want rain to email me confirmation that my router is unblocked and they will never charge me for anything every again as I DO NOT OWE RAIN any money. I ordered TWO of the same item. I opened one but saw it was too small so I did not open the second item. Both items were collected in February 2023. I saw it was not "returned" in my takealot profile. I selected "return" but obviously there is no item to collect as it was already collected. So either their collecting drivers or return warehouse is messed up !!!!! I want my refund.

absolute scam. i paid for the course with promises they will assist finding work. the course was basic and logical - definitely not worth a penny. absolutely NO SUPPORT - NO REPLY TO EMAIL FRO SUPPORT - NO CERTIFICATE ON MY PROFILE - NO ORDERS ON MY PROFILE - NOTHING showing i even did the course. this is an absolute waste of time and clearly a quick scheme to take money from those who do NOT have money to waste!
I would give ZERO stars !!!!! 15 October 2020, I bought a fridge from Game online and returned it a few weeks later. They collected and received their fridge. 9 January 2023, I still have not received my refund.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING ! I received no help during unemployment only phone calls to donate to them ! i cancelled my debit order december 2019 but they still have the indecency to take off R471 from my account this morning ! YOU WILL RETURN MY MONEY NOW AND YOU WILL PAY THE BANK CHARGES FOR A DISPUTED DEBIT ORDER. I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL I RECEIVE MY EVERY CENT YOU TOOK FROM ME AND THE BAD CREDIT REPORT FOR DISPUTING A DEBIT ORDER.
