When we heard we are moving (work related) we were immediately anxious because of very bad experiences in the past. The removal was allocated to J.H. Retief Furniture Removals. We contacted Martie Visser and from the moment we have spoken to her, we got the feeling that this time, the removal was going to be different. It felt if she was personally involved and really cared about our needs and belongings. She asked us to send her photo's of our furniture so that they can properly plan for the removal and boy, oh boy, they were. They have sent six guys, Fish, Izak, Alfred, Dumisane and Thabo(1) and Thabo(2). These guys moved into our house and handled everything so professionally and with so much care while, although extremely serious about what they were doing, so relaxed and goal orientated. They were so considerate towards our needs and to make sure that we are comfortable while the packing and loading took place. I have to add that this was a really difficult move. It took a large truck with a large trailer as well as a second truck to get everything to our new residence. There were large cabinets and bulky furniture, not to mention the amount of cement garden pots and ornaments. With all these things in mind, it was still a pleasure to have these guys around. Are unpacking everything, there was not a single thing missing. Nothing was broken or damaged except for two small glasses. Even all our plants arrived unscaled. I wish I could give them more than five stars because, for sure, they deserve a lot more than five. We are going on pension in three years' time and hopefully, it will be our final move and there is nobody else that I would trust with our belongings as much as I trust these guys. Thank you Martie, guys and Gerhardt.
We bought a TV from TCL and although we just love the quality of the TV, we struggled to get the Google Assistant work properly. We were in contact with TCL through Messenger and e-mail and we can just mention that the level of customer service was really exceeding expectation. Every time we contacted them, they came back to us with advice and support. Thank you TCL for a stunning product and that you made us feel that you really care.
I was struggling to get hold of my parcel that was send from abroad. Eventually found it at Mbombela Post Office. After contacting them, I received my parcel although I am staying 170 km away. Thank you. Your sevice was brilliant.
Suzuki Sout Africa did not disappoint after all. We received our Ignis yesterday and is more than satisfied. Our issue was taken up by Henno Havenga and it feels as if it was sorted in about ten minutes. I had a few calls from a few people and an Ignis was on it's way. Thank you, Henno! It is people like you that does a company proud and their customers loyal. Thank you Suzuki Tzaneen for delivering our vehicle at our doorstep. I am sure this car is going to bring us a lot of happy traveling hours.
We bought a new Suzuki Ignis from Suzuki Tzaneeen on the 6th of May 2022 and paid cash for the vehicle. We have been promised we will receive the car in 4 days. Build on that promise, we have sold our own car. Today is the 28th of May and still we have not recieved our Ignis. We have been promised by Suzuki Head Office that we will not reveive the car later than the 22nd but as I said, still no car. We have to keep on following up. Suzuki will never phone us or give us feedback if we do not phone them. Their Customer Care does not want to let us to speak to somebody higher up the management and keep on putting our calls back to Suzuki Tzaneen. The only feedback that we get every time is that the car has been released and on the truck and on its way. It is on it's way for more than 3 weeks. According to them there is no other models like the one we have bought available. At Suzuki Centurion is the exact car that we have bought and according to the very helpfull manager of Suzuki Centurion nobody has ever phone him about this specific car. Tzaneen borrowed us a Celerio (that is inferior to the Ignis) in the meantime but we want the car we have paid for. It seems to me they will never provide us with the car we have actually bought and we will have to stay satisfied with the much cheaper Celerio. If we knew this would happen we would never have bought a Suzuki. Be careful, once they have your money, they will keep on lying and deceiving you. Very angry with myself that I ever did business with Suzuki South Africa.
I am staying at Hoedspruit in Limpopo and it often happens that our KFC runs out of certain items but I could not believe what happened today! At 16h40 they closed their doors because apparently their head office did not deliver their stock! So we have drived there for nothing. This is really bad. According to their signes outside the outlet, they are open 24 hours a day. It is a joke. Just show you what they think of their costumers. It seems that now we have to phone KFC first to establish if they are open before you drive there to buy some food!
We've had the pleasure to spend two days with the inlaws at Badplaas last week. It was great! For the past 35 odd years, we've been visiting this resort, the gardens have never been so beautiful. The facilities were just great and in a perfect working condition. Wherever we went, the staff were so friendly and helpful. We love what you have done with the rondavels. First, it looked as if it was brand new and the new lay out makes it so spacious and comfortable. It was the fist visit for the inlaws but I promise you, it was not their last. Thank you Badplaas for a fantastic visit and making wonderful memories possible.
We have moved to Hoedspruit ( about 35km from Swadini ) in December and visited Swadini several times as day visitors during the past few months. On Friday we took the inlaws to the resort just to be told that recently they decided not to allow day visitors anymore but we are welcome to visit them on Saturday for an event. We were planning to attend the event anyway but foreseeing that it would be crouded on Saturday we wanted to spend a peacefull Friday at the resort. Feeling dissapointed, we decided to rather stay home on Saturday. However, on Monday we found out that friends of ours were allowed to spend Sunday at the resort, as day visitors! I sent Swadini a post on facebook, requesting why we have been told that day visitors are not welcome anymore but on Sunday people were allowed to spend the day at the resort. They chose not to answer me! I feel we were decriminated against and I need to know why. Spending many holidays and weekends at Swadini since the late 1970's, I am really dissapointed!
