I moved to a new place about three weeks ago and i asked some people for recommendations on internet providers. Metrofibre was mentioned and I phoned the sales department. Spoke to a lady by the name of Anel Cronje . Very friendly and very smooth talker too. Eventually got me into the 5/50 package or something like that. It basically says for three months I pay half the premium and then after three months the full amount. So they came and installed everything and then we had internet...since no one is home in the day there is no one to test it but at night it keeps dropping so bad that I can't do conference calls with my clients abroad. Suffice to say I lost two big deals because of the shoddy internet. Moving ahead to the support structure...24/7 my ass. You are kept on the line for hours and a stupid automated voice keeps telling you which number you are in the queue only to be disconnected as soon as it's your turn . When you eventually do get through they tell you it will be escalated to a technician. Every 5-10 Mins a message appears "no internet" connected without internet or limited internet . A debit order was supposed to be set up for the 7th however to my surprise the internet just stopped . I log into so called which only works when it wants to . Put in my details and I'm told my account is in arrears and I have to pay to have the line reinstated that doesn't even work. I paid the amount because I need the internet and its weekend. I logged many a ticket for the dropping of the internet. I receive an email telling me they reconfigured the router and I need to reset it. I did that and the line still drops. I can't do this anymore. I've sent a cancellation request to the email provided and received a response which is so generic I could vomit. I am requesting a refund ASAP due to the fact that you are not delivering the service you promised. Your staff needs more training as well because I think maybe one of the people I spoke to actually understood what I meant. Others just passed me back in the queue. Oh by the way calling the helpline puts you in a looooong queue but as soon as you call sales it's less than a minute and someone answers...quick to get the money but sooooo slow to support when the 💩hit the fan. I'm sorry but after the terrible service I've received I can not with a good clear conscience recommend this company to anyone .
So I've read the reviews from years ago and it was good then but now it's a dump. Kind of like putting makeup on a *** and trying to pass it as a model. We stayed there two nights for a wedding. The room we had was absolutely atrocious. It looked like the carpets has never seen a cleaner. The dust was so thick on the furniture. AC looked like it came out of the ark with Noah. TV was not working and the bathroom had almost no water. The shower sprayed two little trickles of water and the toilet pushes up when flushed. The washing basin was clogged. The lamps were not working as well. The backdoor was so full of spiderwebs and could not even close. The railing outside the bar area was loose and is an accident waiting to happen. I felt so sorry for the poor Rooikat in the cage pacing up and down with nowhere to go. Downstairs where the parrot is in his cage there's building materials etc just laying there in plain view of everyone. The card machine was not working but the internet was fine. Therefore you had to either pay cash or do an eft to the owners account. I mean where do you get cash 50km from Rustenburg in the mountains. The owner has got an absolute goldmine there if he could maybe do more maintenance on the place. Get the rooms cleaned properly and utilities working and do more upkeep on the gardens and grass etc and I promise more and more people will come to your venue. Word of mouth is the best way to advertise but can also sink a business. I do not believe we got value for our money at all and will never go back there or even recommend it to anyone. Sorry I'm deeply disappointed in the venue.
So we live in Johannesburg and only come through to visit my cousin. We actually left another hangout spot because the food was great and the prices reasonable. Yesterday we got there and the moment the waiter handed me a new menu I knew there was trouble. Sat down and started perusing the menu. F%#}{ me **** a brick...a double schnitzel had gone from R99 up to R165. Various other things also went up. I understand things get expensive and you have to raise your prices but almost R80 more for a piece of chicken so raw a good veterinarian can still bring it back is literally taking the ****. so our waiter calls the manager... He comes to me and explains that in 5 years their prices have not gone up. So you want to tell me that 5 years ago you were charging 99 for a schnitzel already. Daylight ******* man. My cousins food was not cooked properly and the schnitzel tasted of flour and was floppy instead of well fried. Suffice to say we will now be going to another establishment where the people are valued. Makes one think that the prices are so high because once you drunk you don't care about the price. Oh young teeny boppers clearing tables probably not older than 12 or so. It's definitely for a specific crowd with very choice language from the girls etc.
Crazy Plastics South Africa your store in Benoni has the WORST customer service I've ever come across. Suffice to say I will now be taking my business elsewhere. The two staff members we asked for help has the customer service skills of a ****** teas**** and were rude and dismissive. How can you employ people like that who tarnish the good name of your business? What happened to going the extra mile...🤬🤬🤬in this case it was simply to go and check in the back if you had stock of a certain product but that was too much for these two gentleman who simply replied " we don't have". Shame on you.
I work night shift so don’t have a lot of time for lunch. Me and my wife went to Rynfield KFC. Bought a wrapsta box and dunked box. Got home and the wrapsta had no cheese, lettuce or tomato. The picture clearly shows it comes with cheese, lettuce and tomato. I'm ****ed to say the least. The chicken we got was also not fresh and tasted horrible. You know I delivered food for take a lot and have always wondered why people in Rynfield order from Northmead 6km away. The client told me Rynfield kfc sucks and I agree. Will never go there again. Money WASTED on ****...🤬🤬🤬
Sat down and told our waitress I was in a hurry. Ordered drinks, got drinks...had to search for our waitress to order food after 15 min of not returning. I have to say they do have a decent variety on the menu to choose from. Asked if I could have the Alfredo with spaghetti as I had an operation and can't swallow the other pasta. Was flatly refused. Received our food and the dish was a dry VERY rich creamy blob. (Hot,dry noodles from China comes to mind) Did not finish my food and wanted the bill as I was in a hurry. The waitress kept picking up the plates then putting it down and yammering about the staff meals, then picking it up again and putting it down again and telling us about the staff pizzas and flavors. I lost it and told another waiter I want the bill. After the revamp the place looks nice but try and accommodate your patrons for special circumstances in future. Because of the rude attitude and service I received I will be dining somewhere else from now on.
What an absolute disaster this was. The only thing that was nice was our waiter. He took down the order word for word and kept apologizing for the kitchen mistake. Who makes a ceasar salad with mayonnaise and then try and trick you by mixing mayonnaise and tomato sauce and calling it thousand islands. First it came with onions although I asked for none. The tomato was almost at its last and so was the cucumbers. The so called croutons was a slice of brown bread cooked in oil for how long. The second salad was basically the same as the first but with no onions or peppers. Sorry to say but this was a first and definitely a last visit for me.
I can not begin to thank this company for making my day special. If i could give 10 stars i would have . Marita you are a star. Thank you for the help in choosing the right size and style. You went waaaaaaay beyond the scope of customer service to help me. I would recommend this company to ANYONE who wants to buy a ring for their special day or any occasion. Rings are of top quality and looks beautiful. Thanks for my unexpected gift Marita. Once again i say THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for everything . I have never received this awesome service from any company before. Please support Orbit Rings people. You will not be sorry . Friendly and helpful and affordable rings.
First of all i would like to commend Pieter Bouwer the manager of Lindo Park for helping me whenever i needed it without hesitation. I bought a car and had a few problems but after taking it back a few times the problems were sorted out. They gave me a loan car even though i was outside the 6 month period. Then thanks to Sharon for arranging everything for me and keeping me up to date with what was going on through different stages. I would recommend Gys Pitzer motors to anyone wanting to buy a another set of wheels. Lots of variety and good prices as well. Once again thanks a lot guys. Keep up the good wor*****
So last Saturday afternoon me and my gf went to this "prestige" restaurant as we had concert tickets. For the prices they charge and the location they occupy in Menlyn Main one would expect a decent meal right? I ordered the lamb chops with egg fried rice and she ordered two sliders. We told the waiter we had concert tickets. 55 min and two beers later two plates arrived with our food. My lamb chops consisted of 20% meat and 80% fat. The egg fried rice was rock hard and looked like it was sc****d from the bottom of a pot. Now the kicker...how the hell do you ***** up mince? When we received the sliders (two very small hamburgers) the blood was still coming out of the mince. We called the waiter and pointed this out to him. He took the plate back and returned with the two sliders. Meat was cooked but the bread was so hard that when my gf cut it half of it left the plate. This leads me to believe that they just popped the whole thing in the microwave hence the bread rocks.Since we were already running out of time and we being hungry we hastily ate and paid our bill. The manager did not even come to apologise or offer any kind of help. This was the first and last time I ever went to this restaurant. I could have made much better burgers at my house. Thanks for nothing.
