WORST EVER COURIER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!! i took out a contract with CELLC in August 2021 on my waybill they advised that firstly my address was incorrect but then again the address was not found then on the waybill states the courier guy came to my office but i had no rica documents then the next day no proof of address, my question is how did you come to my address if my address is not found on the system how did you know i never had documents if you never came? several times?????. my phone was sent back to cellc then again this happens again the agent called me personally and verified the details of the delivery then again it happens again????? i find this very unprofessional behavior from a courier company.

Recently i have taken out a Vodacom Contract in February 2021 i did have insurance however i have got robbed in which i notified Vodacom unfortunately the insurance doesn't cover for the first 6 months as stated by a Vodacom agent, i am paying for a phone that i don't have , the first 3 months Vodacom debited my account on a wrong date then stating that i have insufficient funds 3 debits with 3 reverse debit penalties which i had to make a cash payment, thereafter 3 months again i had endured the same problem i had to pay 3 instalments with 3 reverse debit penalties ( why should i pay the penalties if you don't debit on the correct date) , i called numerous occasions to change the debit order date unfortunately the issue still persist. i had to make a manual eft payment also i had to keep the agent on the line until the payment reflected on their side. this was NOT my fault why is it that i need to pay extra penalties and further more which i am irate about this is the only account that is affecting my credit score negatively , i tried to upgrade the contract seen that i don't have a phone unfortunately i don't qualify because Vodacom hasn't taken out there money on the initial contract date i feel as this is a breech in contract from Vodacom side, i am highly upset as this has caused my credit score in a negative impact. i will be taking this matter further to the ombudsman
Med Pages in cape town 021 number is doing very bad business going and bad mouthing other companies in the medical directory field sending a document which is fake tarnishing other companies reputation this is pathetic business strategy. our company has received numerous complains from Our Clients advising that Med Pages contacted them and was Tarnishing the Medi Page name we are a reputable company we do not associate anything with the med pages entity what so ever so please stop this unutterable behavior of bad business to otehr service providers.
I have Purchased an Hisense Mobile from Edgars which i was quiet happy when purchased. ive been experiencing some problems with the battery as the battery doesn't charge which is a malfunction, however i have been trying to find a hisense store in Durban unfortunately i haven't found a store that can assist. i went to other stores to check if they stock this battery of the Hisense T 5 LPW3822K 3.8 V 2200 MAH 8.36 WH GB31 ********** - I AM VERY FRUSTRATED!!!!! because how can you as hisense promote a phone with variety of models but dont have a store to purchase spare parts that just part one of the issue.... i have called the hisense head office they have advised that there only a branch in cape town and gauteng ???? never the less i called they advised me to send an email to the ********** unfortunately i haven't got any response......to date ... i called the head office again a week later the agent advised me that they would have to order a battery for the phone which i have to deposit the funds for the battery at my cost also i had to pay the courier service at my cost as if they not having a store in Durban is my fault. i am still awaiting that response to date? i have called the head office to get the regional manager in durban no response?my calls have now been cut every time i call. i have contacted the head office still no response? i have called the one branch in cape town sent the email to order battery still no response ? i personally am a marketing manager of a company and certainly this is not how you do business i feel people are just been ripped off like this as no help if we require any assistance from hisense. i find this highly offensive as no one took the time to assist me or get back to me. i will be taking this to the media if this is not resolved!
Please note that Fortune Limited has been signed up on the 15th of June 2017 which was invoiced for the work we have done and provided to this specific company the invoice was a 30 Day invoice unfortunately when ever our accounts department contact the company regarding payment they either cut the call or ignore our calls we have made many attempts to resolve the matter but unfortunately the company is coming up with millions of excuses we have even sent the proof of the work been done we even went the extra mile to screen shot our work step by step to show the client unfortunately we have no joy, we also suggested a payment plan which fell on deaf ears, the managerial director called my company unprofessional and suspicious ,we sent our invoice advert signed contract by him art work and direct links to his advert which at the moment is displayed on the net this is simple its not hard to follow simple ethics hence the reason we have sort the legal route to recovery our outstanding debt i don't see how this is suspicious when the work which was authorized by him self the work was produced and shown as proof to him self and 2 other members of that specific company. i feel the companies should do honest business and stop making excuses when it comes to payment.
