Reconnection delay
I paid for reconnection fee and patiently waited for 14 working days which has sadly passed,I am a diabetic relying on electricity for medication storage and diet preparation,they are selfish and you can't get them on the 086 number,your darn airtime will get finished while you are waiting for an answer and the stupid computer response doesn't make it any easier.This is the most selfish government entity I have come across

Pick n Pay Ficksburg is the best
I am a regular customer at their Ficksburg store,they have friendly staff,offer good customer services,returning goods with them is hassle free and peaceful,they are all about professionalism and respect to their customers,the staff at the till work faster to avoid long waiting periods,they also prioritize older people and disabled people.

Hassle free goods exchange.
I have returned goods 2 times with their store in Fickburg,the staff and manager helped me and exchanged my goods without complaining,they were friendly,ready to help and their customer service is top notch.I recommend them to anyone without any fear or favor.

Undelivered goods from Takealot.com
I have made an order for washing machine and paid for it, it was supposed to be delivered on 20/05/2020 still nothing and I am unable to contact them, I have even received an sms confirming my delivery. Order number #72042080.I am very disappointed with their service and for them being so rude and unfair to their customers.I do not recommend anyone to but from this crooks, they are bunch of unprofessional beings.
