The main reason I went with UrbanX was for the gaming benefits for my boyfriend. But honestly, for me, the biggest win is that my Netflix doesn't buffer anymore while he's gaming. The network handles the load perfectly. A happy household is a great thing!

Unfortunately, despite making a payment for the order, I have yet to receive the products/services I paid for. Its impossible to get anyone from Boodle to respond to me, so I have no choice but to log this complaint on this forum. My boodle term loan was paid out, minus the short term loan value that was owed. The short term team had already loaded the debit order though, so I have paid the short term loan twice - and Boodle have still removed that value from the term loan! So ultimately, Im paying R8000 and was only paid R6000! I have mailed daily for a week, to every known contact, and not one responds, or they simply reply with a statement. Im sure this constitutes theft at this stage?
Very disappointed in Virgin Active La Lucia Virgin active debited me (TWICE) at the full price, when I am a vitality member, and should be paying Discovery rates. No one will get back to me, and everyone keeps pushing it onto the next person. How do you justify taking over R2400 from someone in error, and then simply refuse to give it back. Be fair Virgin - youre losing 3 family members by this illegal move - whereas you could fix it, and keep us all paying monthly for the next 2 years. Your call - but Ill be taking this further if not refunded.
Orange Music did not have stock of an item I purchased as a gift. They were nice enough to offer me a replacement of higher value, at no extra fee, and ship it overnight service.
