CONTACT US form is useless.
More than a week ago I made use of their contact for to ask about some details of a product they have on their website. Never even got a reply. Why even bother with a contact form if you cant be bothered to respond ?

Excellent Service!
<p>I was so impressed with Orange Music's excellent service when purchasing a Yamaha P45 digital piano. They kept me constantly updated with the status of my order and shipping - I even had a tracking number to track the order. I live in Hoedspruit and it is concidered as an outlying area. I received the piano the next day! Wow. Thank you so much for the wonderful service. You will definitely hear from me again! Thank you Tiaan, for keeping me updated.</p>

Excellent Service!

Failed Delivery. Failed Refund
I have had a terrible experience with Orange Music. On the 21st of January I bought a Seymour Duncan p90 guitar pickup. I paid R1695 in cash. Peter Jammine (salesman) promised that it would arrive in 3-4 days. It didn't. I visited the store repeatedly because Peter wouldn't respond to my emails. Peter kept telling me of probable shipping problems. As a consumer, I am only concerned about getting my money's worth. Not processes. After about 3 weeks of this I requested a refund on the 8th of February. Peter referred me to the manager (Reinhard Venter) who promised I would get my money back on the 10th of February. I write this on the 12th of February. I have not received my money. The manager sent me back to Peter, who claims 'the finance guy' (Mr Willhemse) is busy with it and doesn't know when it will be completed. I haven't had such terrible service from a music store, EVER! As a working musician I have been in dire need of this pickup for work. I have found another supplier to get the pickup. More reliable. I am currently considering CPA (Consumer Protection) intervention) should I not receive my money back (Urgently).

Service excellence from A to Z
I have been shopping online for much longer than I can remember and this, my very first dealings with Orange Online, has been one of the top experiences I've ever had. <br> Service, helpfulness, responsiveness, can-do attitude and excellence - all words I can use to describe my dealings with Tiaan and Orange Online. While living in JHB for all those years I never tried Orange because I bought from TOMS, Turnkey, Music Warehouse and other great stores. <br> Now retired and living at the coast, I am SO CHUFFED to have found an online store with the likes of Tiaan. Huge ups, guys. You haven't heard the last of me. :)

Orange Music did not have stock of an item I purchased as a gift. They were nice enough to offer me a replacement of higher value, at no extra fee, and ship it overnight service. This is absolutely amazing service, and they have saved the day. Thank you to Tiaan and his manager, your offer is greatly appreciated.
