WHAT A ABSELUTE DISASTER!!!! you spend a big amount on money for " as said" top quality luxury hair extentions that are the worst quality and lies given! I am in tears ! I am getting married in 2 months and ordered these extentions and they are ruined! As a proffesional hairdresser i only use top quality equipment so i know what im doing. Ive had these extentions for a week and this is the second time ive worn them and look at them! The embaras*****t coming from my clientelle asking me what happened to my hair?
My husband was booked for a shoulder operation on Thursday January 31st . My husband is a severe elliptic patient and I made that very clear it was written big and on every page. YET they prescribed him pills that worked AGAINST his epilepsy. On February 1st around 7 am he had his first fit in the hospital ( due to wrong medication of course ). Early afternoon he was so hungry so he went to the hospitals cafe to buy food because the hospitals food was UNBEARABLE!!!! the pasta was so dry he had to drink water with every bite to get it down. NO ONE ACCOMPANIED HIM!!! As a severe elliptic patient they DID NOT KEPT EYE ON HIM! He had a fit in the hospitals cafe and hit his head so hard on the tile floor that he had concussion and hemorige! He was send to trauma unit and MRI scans and new x-rays because no one bothered. He already can't move and is in so much pain because he waits for 3 Hours AFTER his told the sisters he cannot stand the pain. NOW HE HAS TO HAVE THE SHOULDER OPERATION AGAIN!!!!! GO in to get better and come out with more DAMAGE ??? When his elliptic doctor came in he cannot believed what they have prescribed him! YOU WILL SOON HEAR FROM OUR LAWYERS!!!!
Where to start!!!??? End of December me and my fiance got our first place together. We went to Decofurn Randburg on lay by. Not knowing how to works we asked. A little short African lady explained we pay the deposit they order it. We come and collect and pay off they he 6 month lay by. It's been 5 weeks and heared nothing . We phoned back and a lady called MARRALYN! !!! THE WORST ADDITUDE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED! !!!!!! she had no interest in listening what we had to say and explained how the lay by really works. She accused me of lying when YOUR EMPLOYEES GAVE US FALSLY INFORMATION! !!!!!! She had no interested in helping us and even put the phone down in my ear !!!!! IF THE INFORMATION WAS GIVEN TO US CORRECTLY WE NEVER WOULD'VE TOOK THE FURNITURE! Now we have to sit with bags of clothes on our floor for 6 months because we don't have dressers !? You don't know how to pick your employees and I am very disgusted !!! Me , my fiance and the In laws were there and the false information was from YOUR SIDE . CLIENT POLICY IS THE LAW! L-A-W!!!!!!
I had zone fit essential consultant come to my work and explained the whole procedure. To me was explained , that if I signed a one year contract my monthlies will go off every month and stop after a year when the contract has ended . When my contract ended STILL MONEY HAS BEEN GOING OFF EVERY MONTH FOR THE PAST 3 MONTHS AFTER I HAVE CALLED AND CANCELLED AND COMPLAINED ABOUT MY CONTRACT THAT THE HAS ENDED !!!!!!!!! they have refused to refund my money that has been deducted after 3 months of my contract ending. They make so many promises to phone and in two weeks nothing after having to call them everyday!!!!!! CLIENT POLICY IS THE LAW AND IS FILED YOUR CONSULTANTS SAY OTHERWISE IT WILL BE OTHERWISE!!! SHAME ON YOU ZONE FITNESS. MY WHOLE FAMILY HAS CANCELLED THEY'RE CONTRACTS BECAUSE OF THIS NONSENSE! !!!
ONCE AGAIN vodacom has completely disgusted me with their services and policies BUT this post will most likely mean NOTHING to the company. But I'll share it anyway.. Today I went into a vodacom store in durbanville ( on wellington road ) there I spoke to a consultant explaining what my phone I was given as an upgrade was doing. He insisted on sending the phone in for repairs and I was happy with that. BUT what caught me off guard is the fact that he told Me it will take 21 days before I received the phone back. The only problem is that the phone is suck on the logo screen what on earth takes 21 days !!!!! He kindly told me that there is a " guy " in tygervally vodacom store that can fix it for me right there on the same day and that IT WONT COST ME ANYTHING BECAUSE MY PHONE IS STILL ON WARRANTY . I AGAIN asked are you sure and he said YES. So after work I head to tygervally where I was greeted by a consultant and he told me I had to pay? I asked to speak to the manager his name is LEROY and he is the most DISRESPECTFUL UNCARING man I have ever met . the service was a SHOCK to hoe RUDE he was. NEVER EVER in my life will I shugg my shoulders to a client and also never tell them that I don't care! Not once did he listen to what I had to say and it was clear that my satisfaction as a client was unwanted . he refused to give a email address to exploit him at head office and told me that if I don't leave now he will get the security to take out! For what? Because I have rights CLIENT POLICY IS A LAW VODACOM!!!!!!!!!!!!! L A W If you can read !!! Because when I mentioned client policy your fantastic oh so amazing 'manager' ( if that's what you wanna call it!!!) He told me I must go get my lawyer he is waiting and shug his shoulders again!!! Who on earth?? DISGUSTED VODACOM!!! Lastly he told me that all vodacoms are different? Vodacom is vodacom!!!!!
