I submitted my claim with Outsurance on their App. Within an hour of submitting my claim I received a call from Odendal Breakdown to inform me that they are on their way to come collect my car..the gentleman was very friendly and answered all my questions. I reassured me that everything will be ok which eventually was the case.
I took out a 24 month Cell C fiber contract March 2021. Since then I had to phone the call center numerous times with no success as my fiber was more off then on. Cell C would issue me with a case number and that is where the communication stopped unless you as the client phone them back and wait on the line for hours. I cancelled my contract 18 December 2021 and since then my nightmare started. All pro rata payments were made by me due to the fact that I cancelled my contract before the agreed upon time. Long story short: I was billed for January 2022 and February 2022 and payed the amounts due although my fiber was cancelled and disconnected. Cell C handed me over to Shapiro Shaik Defries and Associates claiming that I owe them a R250. Cell C issued me with a paid up letter/settlement letter on 23 April 2022 but I am still receiving calls of unpaid accounts up until today.
I have been trying to cancel my cellphone insurance with finrite for 4 weeks now. The contact numbers they provide is non existend as no one picks up their phones. Telkom just directs me to Finrite for insurance cancelation.
My sister bought a cellphone contract telephonic ally from Sell direct. When the cellphone was delivered by the courier she tried to contact Sell direct to activate the contract and Sim card with no luck. The contact numbers provided and Google of Sell direct does not exist. She contacted Telkom numerous times who also gave her a run around. It has been more than a week now that she is in possession of this cellphone but it is still not activated. The bad or rather no service received from Sell direct is pathetic, time wasting and costing her money to contact none existing customer service lines.
I would just like to take the opportunity to thank and congratulate the Management and staff of Tafelberg Furniture's Somerset West on a job well done with your annual fun run. The fun run was clearly well planned and excellently executed. Thank you for going that extra mile in organising this event that are truly appreciated by your loyal customers. As your company are running a business where sales,targets and profits are important as in all businesses this event demonstrated that it is not just about sales and profits but that giving back to your customer are always your first priority. The medals given to participants and the lucky draws were very generous and are highly appreciated. Myself, my family and friends are already looking forward to the fun run of 2018. Continue with your excellent services and be certain that your loyal customers will always support you.
