Poor customer service at Bradlows Arbour Crossing KZN. Don't buy anything from their shop the staff is utterly *********** zero understanding of customer service etiquette. I wanted to purchase two recliner chairs they don't seem to be able to communicate in English nor show any interest in selling their goods. It boggles my mind how these salespersons get these jobs......
We noticed our Capitec account being debited for R150.00 for the last 4 months from a unknown source. Upon investigation it was revealed to be Clientele how they got hold of our bank details is unknown as we never app**** for any insurance product from them. They apparently say we did an online application to date we have not received any proof of them for what we are paying for no documentation no email nothing. This company commits ***** I wonder how many people have had this same issue.
Prepare yourself for massive bills Discovery pay a fraction of the bill however the doctors are charging 400% above what the medical fund pays. No wonder citizens are asking for NHI one just cannot financially survive this greed.
I bought an online Del laptop on 1 March. I thought it was new but later discovered it is a demo laptop after reading the description. I asked to cancel my order and laptop depot refunded me.
Very clever advertising beware this company cannot be trusted i also believe it's a one man show. No permanent location unable to determine where it is? I was also naive to trust this fraudster. Bought a Dell laptop from their website advertised as NEW SEALED IN A BOX but then after going through the Hellopeter complaints i started to become doubtful. Before payment were made they answer the Watts app message immediately. It now turns out the laptop is a DEMO not new.....so i cancelled. They received my payment and said to re-fund within 48-72 hours. Nothing to date. I have like many other customers opened a fraud case with ABSA fraud department and SAPS. I also believe the positive responses are false and misleading probably by themselves or family members. Rather go to Game, Makro or a dealer you know existed.
Ordered fibre from webafrica, received my router now been 3 weeks and no contact from them for installing fibre box inside my home. One cannot mail them they redirect you to Watts app you can try as many times you want to talk to an agent they simply don't answer. What i have read here in their ratings I'm as dissapointed as other customers.
Total disregard of public queries. I have an international parcel now 79 days in transit. The Postoffice tracking website does not function at all. I found my parcel tracking only on a international website. The parcel disappeared between Durban and the Amanzimtoti Postoffice. I assume stolen as they do not know it's whereabouts. Parcel value car spare part R3200. Post cost R850 then they steal the contents. Why don't they just close the Postoffice they do not even reply on their complaints email service.
Stay away far away from these people, it looks very confising once they have your money your struggle starts. I lost R32500.00 Never made anything they are liars.
I bought a old 1989 RGV Suzuki from Martin as a restoration project on 28 Oct 2017 and paid them the same day in full. Before i bought yhe bike i specifically asked if the paper work is available "registration" and he replied 100% Today is 20 November i have still not received any documents to register the bike. Effectively i own someone else's bike. He just have one excuse after another. Stay away far away from CIT.
