THE Family of our late sister have been really struggling with the processors & service delivery of the estate(just wonder why) Nevertheless, on Wednesday 27th July 2022 Jonathon a Senior Consultant at OUTSURANCE saved the day, with amazing, professional & fast service to fix the disappointments of weeks before ! Managers and Directors should actually save their Business bottom line with Customer Service Rewards for staff like Jonathon, and demerit poor service. WELL DONE - the OUTSURANCE name remains one of the Leading Brands!
I have been at CT International Airport 3 times this month and at Oliver Tambo twice. What is happening to SERVICE DELIVERY in our country ??? THERE are some EXCELLENT, Very GOOD, GOOD then!! nothing nada poor disgusting disappointing !

Travelling in these times can be very difficult, challenging & unpleasant. Myself and the family have been travelling SAFAIR for most of our lives. Travelling to Johannesburg this past week was a pleasant experience and it is worth mentioning that even though it was an extremely busy holiday time, "Deliver on Promise" was still evident in on time departure & arrival, great customer service, wheelchair assistance. Particularly would I like to give a GREAT SERVICE award to "Team JEROME"FA 121, 4TH MAY 2022 - for going the extra mile for elderly passengers plus smart, friendly service! It would be a great concern when the airport service, SWISSPORT/AIRPORT STAFF Cape Town & Johannesburg gives the airline a bad image when their service fails the customer. This was a disappointment!
We have always heard of the great service, quick, respectful and knowledgeable at the home affairs in PAARL. We tried it out with a very complicated dispute ! Well..the queues were longer than expected, however we realised that more and more people are going for the best service ! The whole matter we needed clarification on, was actioned via proficient, willing to go the extra mile, customer focussed staff ! 10 Stars for DENVER, SLIMISO and the top notch MARIANNA ALEXANDER. Hopefully DHA have a Staff Reward program in place(hardly think so) however, give them a worthwhile increase !! staff of such good calibre are an asset to any business, especially Government. Citizens are a country's main resources (but we have missed the point, big time)
I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED, LET DOWN, DISRESPECTED & DISGUSTED IN THE SERVICE OF A BANK IN MY 40 YEARS OF BEING ALIVE. ITS A LONG STORY, A LIST OF NAMES OF 6 - 10 SERVICE CONSULTANTS AND AN UNBELIEVABLE AMOUNT OF TIME AND MONEY SPENT. THAT IS HOW THE FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS ARE TREATING THEIR CUSTOMERS DURING COVID, DURING TOUGH ECONOMIC TIMES IN THE HISTORY OF OUR COUNTRY...THEN STANDARD BANK MUST BE ONE OF THE WORSE!! WAIT TILL YOU HEAR THE STORY ! THEN MAYBE YOU WILL ALSO BE FROZEN INTO IMMOBILE'LITY !! "Status" If you already have a Standard Bank Account, happy ? well done, hang in there ! I you have a Standard Bank Account and not satisfied with the poor Service ! you know what to do fast !! If you do not have a Standard Bank product of any kind yet ! Don't even do it!!! Die ergste en die mees onbeskaafde diensaflewering in die Noordkaap. Hoekom water betaal maar daar is geen water nie! Niemand wil huise in die noordkaap koop nie, Niemand kan bou nie, daar is geen water NIE!! so baie leuns or die water en windmeule en die wyn boerdery ! WAANEER GAAN DIT OPHOU !!! EINDIG DIT OF DOEN IETS KONSTRUKTIEF!!
I CALLED Toyota offices in Johannesburg today about a Scam going around seemingly tricking loyal customers and damaging the brand. I was attended by COLIN at the call centre. I must commend the service & assurance, which changed a negative, angry emotion to calm & understanding. Not many people care with, empathy! well done !
We are 60+ Pensioners, have been asking & calling around for vaccines at home for my dad for 2 months. eventually we were assisted to the Bellville Branch of Momentum Metropolitan. I sadly say, with respect, I have never been soo disappointed and shocked by the service.Is it any wonder that every day, the news reports the lack of interest of our people, and maybe, unmentioned, the trust issues? This is a serious matter, a life & death situation ? No regard or respect for the people being served? especially the Aged ! ??
