A Highly Disappointing and Unprofessional Stay My weekend stay at Crystal Rose Lodge and Spa was unfortunately a significant disappointment, especially considering the price we were charged. The service and attention to detail were severely lacking, leading to a frustrating and stressful experience rather than a relaxing one. Major Concerns Regarding Health, Safety, and Service Our primary issues centered on unacceptable failures in both the dining and spa services. 1. Expired Food and Ignored Allergies: Upon being served, I was given expired yogurt. This is a serious health and safety concern. Even more troubling was the complete disregard for a pre-notified health condition. I had informed the receptionist twice about a severe egg allergy, yet this vital information was never passed on to the kitchen. As a result, I was unable to eat the breakfast provided. When I spoke to the manager about these issues, she was completely unwilling to take accountability and offered no apology or credit for the meal I was unable to have. 2. Unprofessional and Painful Spa Service: The massage I received was arguably the worst part of the experience. The the****** was completely unprofessional and inattentive. During the head massage, she repeatedly pulled my hair, so much so that an entire bundle came out. I told her to stop on three separate occasions, but she seemed completely aloof and ignored my requests. I left the session feeling more stressed and tense than when I arrived. In stark contrast, the the****** who worked with my husband was highly professional and accommodating, which shows a significant inconsistency in staff training. 3. Inattentive Waitstaff: The lack of professionalism extended to the dining room staff as well. On multiple occasions, waiters bent over our drinks on the table to take our food orders, which is an unhygienic and unprofessional practice. In conclusion, the numerous failures in customer service, from the health risks associated with the expired food and ignored allergy to the completely unprofessional massage and waitstaff, made for a very poor experience. I cannot recommend this establishment to others and would advise potential guests to be cautious.
The worst service provider. My debit order goes off every month successfully. December they tried to debit my account on the 23th which i have not agreed to. The debit order was done again on the 30th successfully. I had a debit order go off on the 25th of Jan 2025 successfully. My account is suspended and I have been calling and asking for this to be sorted as from the 10th of January every time i call i get an apology and I'm promised that it is now resolved
This has to be the most unprofessional company. I have a telkom account with an agreement that my debit order goes off at month end. December telkom tried to take an early debt order which i did not agree to. The debit order then went off on the 30th successfully. i checked my account on the 3rd and it showed no payment for December. I contacted the Telkom call center where i was promised that it will be resolved. Today I got an SMS from ITC saying that I am now listed by Telkom. I called telkom again and was told there is nothing they can do. on top of all this their staff speaks like un educated people with a noise that you cant even hear them half the time You are messing with my credit profile

I am so red now with anger. They are the most expensive and they give the worst service. They mess up your statement and add additional charges which doesn't make sense which is ***** they **** you out of money by putting entries on your account. when you contact them to correct it no one answers your calls or emails. They treat the student hostile when the student goes to find out about these issues. I have trying to get hold of someone to assist from May this year.
CIB is cunning refusing to repair my dad vehicle after a staff members of Green Tech Machinery"s under age son drove into a stationary vehicle. This is the mail that was send to Green tech from the insurance :-he 3rd party team has advised us that they will not entertain the 3rd party claim due to the following reasons: Your employee was in a sudden emergency They have advised that this case will stand in court. The 3rd party department has also advised that you have the following options, you can ignore the 3rd party or just keep directing them to CIB, advise them that is your insurance company and they are the ones handling the matter. Just remember not to admit to any liability, hence it’s better to not get into any discussions with them. Should you receive any summons or any correspondence from them you can send them directly to us and we will send it to CIB. they made a statement that out vehicle was bumped from behind, which is not true its the front . We do understand that Natalie drove into the back of the 3rd party vehicle but according to the law she was not at fault, which is what the insurance company is acting on. In this instance the 3rd party would have claimed the damages from their insurance but they are not insured. CIB acts on behalf of yourselves as the client and are there to do what is right according to the attached documentation (emergency). I am very frustrated, the unprofessional service received over a number of weeks is really concerning. I was due for an upgrade in September and was told that I could only take a new contract for half of what my old contract was( with several different reasons as to why). I then refused and asked for my contract to be cancelled which I was told they will get my credit back to the original amount of my contract. That did not happen It's almost 2 months and they are giving me a different story each time I want to cancel my contract. And this is all after going into Clearwater mall, Cresta, online and by telephone . The staff speak to you like they met you in a bar seems like they all well trained to give people a run around Today I call 135 and was told that they would call back me in an hour, 5 hours later no luck. if you call the 135 to upgrade they answer your call in less than 3 min. Call to cancel your contract you wait for 46 min.
I was contacted by a Mondo Group agent, telling me that I would pay less on my existing contract, and I will receive 2 laptops with 2GB LTE routers for free. I contacted them today and was told the reason I didn't get contacted for my delivery for the 2 free laptops is because the application was declined, I was told its not a contract. How can they do an application without consent? Not only did they do an application for something that they said was free due to me being a loyal customer they mess up my credit score. Every Time someone does an application its recorded onto ITC.
I BOOKED FLIGHTS 2 MONTHS AGO AND STILL NO REFUND ... I CALLED AND THEY COULDN'T TELL ME WHEN MY MONEY WILL BE TRANSFERRED ... YOU PAY CANCELLATION FEES YET YOU STILL NEED TO WAIT SO LONG FOR YOUR MONEY
I had it with the call centre they don't know what they are doing !!! I phoned and asked for a letter that will state that my vehicle will be covered outside South Africa, the call took over 20 min and they got it wrong, this was not the first time that they send me wrong document. The letter I got only stated that I am insured with they. I called again today complaining that the letter was wrong and the lady had an attitude.
