I called the general number and was advised to contact the review department. The very kind gentleman informed he’ll call me back and transfer me to the review department. A little wait, then I was attended to and my query resolved. I immediately received my revised policy. It took all of 10 minutes from start to finish. Thanks for an awesome service.
This establishment catered my son’s wedding reception, the food was well below average. While we ordered a vegetarian lasagne this was not delivered. Sadly, our vegetarian guests ate just the salad with rolls. The meat, boerewors and sausages were over cooked and dry. We asked for white tablecloths, they sent black. The cutlery and crockery was short. Very disappointing. I’m sorry the kids didn’t opt for a prior tasting. Never again will we use Baking Pan for our functions.
I purchased 8x dining chairs in cash from Rochester Cornubia, sadly upon delivery we saw that 2x chairs were damaged. I immediately called the office. The lady gave me a reference number and assured me they would be exchanged. It is now 4 days later and I'm getting the run around. My calls are not been attended to nor are my wattsapp messages. If this is the level of unsatisfactory after sales customer service then I most certainly would NOT recommend this store to anyone. Please heed this review if you Value good service for your money.
I recently had a linen cupboard manufactured and fitted by KM Designs. Thank you Keegan Moodley to you and your team for the professionalism, turnaround time, quality of product and excellent service. I will definitely recommend you to family and friends. I am also appreciative of your returning to my home to rectify the shoddy workmanship by Cupboard Craft on my kitchen cupboards. Allen Anirudh and his team should take a leaf from your book on professionalism and quality workmanship. Its been only 4 years and my cupboards are coming apart. My old cupboards of some 35 years were still good when removed to renovate my kitchen. Keep up the excellent work KM Designs and your business will soar to great heights.
We gave our microwave (1 year old) in to Hirsch's Springfield as some buttons on the keypad stopped working. They supposedly sent to the supplier (Samsung) and returned to us after 9 days assuring all is good. Once home the said buttons are still not working. My husband called asking for a way forward. Some 4 hours later no response. He's now taking the microwave back to them. It seems that "after sales service" is greatly lacking. With the high cost of petrol its ridiculous to have to travel back and forth. I believe that if they unable to fix the microwave then either refund our funds or give us a new microwave. What businesses need to understand that they are obliged to give exceptional customer service. This lack of service is not to be tolerated.
I have contacted Standard Bank Insurance repeatedly via email and requested 3 call backs w.r.t a query on our home insurance. I cannot understand the delay in response. Customer service is a disgrace. Will not recommend them.
During the Black Friday weekend I purchased some products from Clicks Online. Regrettably, I was charged twice for my products. I immediately informed the Online Team if their error and was assured a refund. Some 22 working days later I have not been refunded, this after I informed Clicks that I am a Pensioner and needed my funds to pay bills. I have sent 15 emails requesting the Online Manager contact me, to no avail. Their inconsiderate and sloppy attitude left me with a sour taste for the Clicks Group.
I feel I have to post this to make people aware. My husband went to Clicks/Mediwise in Reservoir Hills to get some medication. The Pharmacist informed him that our day to day benifits were used up. He then opted to pay cash for the medication and left. Later that evening I get a message from Mediwise informing me that a claim for the said amount has been submitted to my medical aid. I immediately write to Bonitas requesting the claim be rejected. To my horror I get an email today informing me that the claim will be settled tomorrow. I call both service providers and was rudely informed that they will look into the matter and call me back. It's now 5 hours later and no return call. Please check your statements for such inaccuracies.
