Pathetic service!! Driver asks for pin location, tells me he is on his way. Never pitches and just send an email “could not reach you” Pathetic
They are “selling puppies” But excuses when you want to view the puppies, does not even want to do a video call
we recently cancelled our insurance at virseker, as we got a MUCH better deal elsewhere. The paper work was done on the 29th of Dec so Virseker informed me that the debit order was already put through so our old monthly premium will go off the 1st but that they will refund us within 7 working days. which i completely understood. BUT it has been much longer than 7 working days.... still have not received our refund????
I was at standard bank but moved to FNB about a year ago, after all the debit orders were done I closed my standardbank account. about 2 months ago by chance i realized that the account is still open and was never closed! after about a month of struggling and paying R1000 for the arrears Menlyn branch ensured me that the account is closed. today my accountants told me that SARS payed money into my account, it was not in my FNB account so something just told me to go onto Standard bank, and THERE IT WAS! the account is STILL open!! i have 2 issues with this... 1st of all over the last 2 months R200 weas taken off again??? 2nd I changed my cellphone number so i can't even transfer the money because the OTP goes to my old number!! pathetic service! this is why I moved to FNB.
Mr D couriers phoned me on Friday (the 1st of Dec) to arrange for my new credit card to be delivered, I live on a farm, they informed me that they do not deliver to farms and that they only deliver to cities. I arranged with them to deliver it to my parents house in Pta on Monday the 4th of Dec. On Saturday I received an sms saying that my card will be delivered on the 3rd?? Monday the 4th at 16h30 I received a call form Mr D saying that my card was not delivered, I informed them that we arranged for the 4th, the lady said no we arranged for the 3rd, only after I told her to go listen to the recording the apologized and said they will deliver it later in the week. I told her it won't work, it is December, my parents are leaving today for holiday and wont be back until next year. she then made it sound as if they will deliver the card to the farm where I live, but she never gave me a straight answer, only said they will be in contact with me. This morning I received an sms saying that their partners "DSV" will deliver the card as arranged. but nothing has been arranged??? i tried phoning Mr D but no one answers, they just keep on saying the operators are busy, i also cant find a website/email adress. why is FNB using Mr D in the 1st place?? CCD courier delivered my other card and their service was 10/10!! Mr D couriers is giving FNB a bad name. Can you maybe try follow it up on your side? Ref nr ********** regards Corinne
they make the mistake, wrong size, wrong dates!! and then they refuse to refund me.
