The worst logistic company ever. I really dont understand why temu choses them
Im very disappointing and disgusted by the service from le morgan and i was warned but beccuse i wanted to make my mom happy i didnt listen...i have been calling them regarding my account which has been accumulating due them even if it twice a month wigivh doesnt make sense and this seems to take place everytime when im bout to close off their accounts. Today alone iv called more then 7 times and no assistance. The last time i spoke to a consultant last week she hd promised to seak to their manager ang get back to me regrding the same issue since she didnt understand what was going on , on my statement. To day my statement comes back with accumulation despite me paying this months instalment. Id never refer anyone to le morgan and i hope we just stop purchases from them.
DONT AND I REPEAT DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PPL....I EVEN HAD A CHAT WITH ONE OF THEM TELLING THEM TGE SNEAKERS I BOUGHT WERE ****, SCANNED THEM QR CODE NOT CORRESPONDING AND ALL THEY DID WAS TOO BLOCK ME . WASTED R1600 . DONT BUY FROM THEM. PLEASE LET OTHER PEOPLE KNOW CAUSE MY MISTAKE WAS TO NOT READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING BUT THE REVIEWS DOES WARN US. UNFORTUNATELY I SAW THE REVIEWS AFTER PURCHASING AND WHEN I CONFRONTED ONE OF THEM THE EXCUSE WAS "THE REVIEWS ARE ONLY WRITTEN BY COMPETITORS " GUYS PLEASE DONT MALE THE SAME MISTAKE.
Im vert very disappointed in them....ordered a gift set for my freind on her birthday today n specified she will be leaving eork at 13h00 gues what....i have not recieved anything yet and it 12h42 . I shouldve read the reviews , i wouldnt have been this embarrased. All the inconveniences i put my freind through as she has other plans for the day are delayed due to unprofessional people.
I was due for an upgrade wit cell c n a consultant phone n assisted with that but changed my plan from prepaid to business line without my concerns...it took them approximately 7months to come to an agreement that after listining to recordings i did not give permission on changing my plan. I was then refunded some of the money and then informed them thst with the other contract i wont upgrading with them and fair enough they dd let me knw that the contract will be terminated on which date but now the problem is im expected to pay an amoumt of R1800 and some change okay i understand that R588 from the amount is for the other contract but the remainder of that money i dont know what it for and upon querying with them no one has answers they telling me it for adjustment...what adjustment no one has answers. So my line was blocked since 10/17.
