I ordered clothes online, and I am very disappointed that I did not receive them on time. I thought I would get the clothes by Christmas Eve, but now my children won’t have any new clothes for Christmas Day. I chose to order online because I believed there was enough stock, rather than going to the store. Today is Monday, and I still don’t have any tracking information for my order. They have informed me that they do not work on holidays. Considering they have many deliveries, they should do something to ensure timely delivery. I am extremely disappointed with the delivery service, and I cannot recommend ordering online from Ackermans.
I have an account with Payflex, and I need to update my phone number because I've lost my old phone. I now have a new SIM card. I have been trying to get this resolved for almost six months, but they don't answer the phone. Their service has been terrible..

Good day, On 02/10/2024, I placed a takeaway order at Burger King Rivonia for R116.40. I have been charged an additional order that I did not order costing R96.40, which was an old dated order from 01/03/2023. However, I only received one order for a WHOPPER WITH CHEESE. I'm concerned about being overcharged for an order I didn't receive. The invoice number is FGCJJEFI-06-2023-0004659, and the invoice date is 1 Mar 2023. I kindly request that the overcharged amount of R96.40 be refunded to my account as soon as possible, as I did not authorize this payment. If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily, I will have to cancel my banking card and refrain from placing any further orders through Uber Eats.

I logged a claim last week on 11/08/2023. No representative called me regarding this. I expect quick service. I am paying my insurance every month please advise what to do. Poor service, that is not acceptable. Debit orders are going through every month. The rim and tyre were damaged the cause of the potholes.
Please review this company, they send the quotation. I do not trust them they arefly by night.
