Food was tasteless and not worth the price paid. Service is terrible and food takes a ridiculous amount of time to be served. No one checks up if everything is fine and you have to ask multiple times for your food
I have experienced terrible service since the beginning of my contract with them. Consultants never follow up or assist like they say they would. I was double debited on the 23rd of June and still have not received the refund I requested and was promised to get within 7 days. Cell c is quick to run after lawyers for their money, but when they take from you they can't give back. I have been assisted by sabelo, pricilla, nurse, noni, Marcus and patience to name a few and I still did not get the service cell c promises to give. I have called in multiple times and sent emails to multiple people and still nothing. Even sending a complaint to their complaint line and CEO doesn't get you any service
The service at Bradlows is terrible. They full of empty promises and no assistance. The customer service I have experienced was pathetic from the consultants to management. I would not recommend buying from them to my worst enemy.
My boyfriend and I bought food from KFC in Florida. We both got very ill from this food and when I complained they got back to me a day later asking if I still had the food with me. I said no and they said they couldn't help me. Received horrible customer service from Kefilwe when older my food and horrible service while dealing with the complaint
