I booked a flight and tried changing it, before getting confirmation this entity took money from my account
I am being ****med by absa, they refuse to refund my instalments paid for my vehicle finance
I am extremely frustrated with the handling of my insurance claim. Not only did FNB take an unreasonable amount of time to assign my claim to a handler, but once it was finally assigned, the process became even more chaotic and unacceptable. After my vehicle was picked up, I received no confirmation or documentation verifying its collection. Then, I got a call from the towing company asking to arrange a pickup—despite the fact that my vehicle had already been taken. To make matters worse, I later received another call where the towing company referenced a vehicle that does not even belong to me. They then asked me where my car is, despite the fact that they, in conjunction with FNB Insurance, were responsible for its collection and handling. Clifort Maluleka from FNB has been completely incapable of providing any clear explanation as to what is happening. At this point, I am left questioning whether I am being ****med by FNB or if FNB has outright lost my vehicle.
Liberty refuses to pay out my claim claiming that they have a technical glitch, a 2 days technical glitch??? What lies!!! Nobody bothers to communicate and they can’t give you an estimated eta, *********** and disappointing
I have been waiting for months for liberty to pay me out, every time I contact them I am told payment will be processed in 48 hours, to date that has not happened
I upgraded on the 27th of Nov 2024 and was informed of stock of the phone hence my upgrade. To date I have not received the phone and the story has changed that they don’t have stock, 2 months of waiting and zero communication
Lesedi Ramoshaba has sent us from pillar to post in us trying to upgrade. She has failed to do her job and instead sent us to telkom in which same telkom sent us back to the istore. This is frustrating and is a display of the lack of training of your employees and their failure to assist customers
I had a work trip booked and the hotel wouldn’t let me check in without confirmation from the office so they made me pay my first night and would then refund me upon receiving confirmation from the office. While staying there they got confirmation for full payment yet they still haven’t refunded me. I keep calling and they keep saying they will get back to me. In effect they’re ****ming me as I have paid and so has the office!!

I have had the worst experience ever at Hatfield VW in Pretoria! I had to wait 2 hours with zero communication. When I asked I was told their drivers aren’t answering their phones and when I told the manager he told me to read the sign! Rudest and *********** VW ever!
