My Netstar account has been handed to them, they have a website where you can see the amount you owe and select payment options there. I choose to pay the account in full it redirects you to your app to pay and after I was done, I got the payment successful screen. that was on the 25th Feb 2026. they still have not closed the account instead they keep calling about intrest fee when i have paid up and sent them multiple proof of payment.

i am very disappointed at mtn customer service. i made a payment for my account in march and accidentally typed wrong number as my reference.i have sent them countless emails with my proof of payment and explaining the situation but still not helped and they have not reflected the fund on my account. I find it odd because they can check with their banking records and see i did make the payment and allocate it to the right number becouse i have sent countless proof but yet i keep being disconnected for none payment. my compalint reference number is 1-54758306530 and my number is 0832634186. i made payment to 0832436186 on the 25/03/2020 i still have the proof of payment. please help!!!
i bought fridge on makro's online store on the 11th august, the delivered wrong item, was a whole stove and i called to let them know, they came and collected the stove back and promised to deliver my right product. till today im have been waiting and when i call about it they always but me on hold or promise they will escalate the matter and get back to me but nothing happens after. all i want now is my damn money back i had such high hope for Makro as it is a huge company for them to be delivering this poor customer service is sickening
