I ordered online 3 weeks ago at about 14:50 but never got my order. The landline was ringing with no luck till later that even round about 20:00 when somebody shared the managers number with me to call, she asked if I can come collect my order in store which was impossible because it I had transportation I would have opted for collect! Unfortunately they couldn’t get me my order and decide to keep quiet about it… had to use my own airtime to follow up… They told me I’ll get my order the next day which I refused to have it the next day because what’s the use for it tomorrow. I was told I will get my refund after two weeks it’s been three weeks already and I’m just as fed up because now I must be making follow ups and spending twice the refund! I’ve been a loyal customer to Lydenburg KFC but it ends now!
MTN doesn't take their customers serious. I added a new contract which i applied for online... Recieved my parcel on the 5th of July 3 days later it read "No Simcard" called MTN a several times. I was given a run around. Told to restart phone, switch of phone for 24 hours etc... Nothing worked 2 weeks later i was told to go to the nearest branch. Got there i was told to do a simswap which will cost me R150, I refused, what am i paying for. When its not my fault that they gave me a simcard thats not working. I use my data, used my patrol to go to their branch even use my time to be calling their not so friendly stuffs. Now i must pay. I eventually got tired and sent an email that since the phone is still of no use in its box they shouldnt be expecting any payment from me. Funny enough i got a bill. Bill for what???? I must pay for a device that is of no use to me??? They must just cancel their contract I'll take my money where its valued. Im fed up with MTN. I even advice hubby to join them which they have been ripping us off the 120 Gigs of data, He has been getting 90 Gigs. MTN is a scam. I've been loyal for far too long.

I bought a Chester fridge on the 24th of November... When purchasing it they told me that they don't have stock at the moment... But it's on its way to them... They have placed orders. I should get it tomorrow or before the week ends. What ****es me off even more is that. They are not saying anything. I should be the 1 calling or driving to them. All they do is promise to get it but still nothing. I sent messages on their Twitter and Facebook they promised to call still nothing. When I call their customer complaints number... No answer. Now the last time I went to the branch they told me there's stock at Burgersfort.. So I should get my own transport and they will fix paperwork so I get it there. Which to me is utterbull. Why would I buy something in Lydenburg because I reside there and go fetch it elsewhere.... Infact 1 must be driving up n down on who's expense. I'm not happy with OK Furniture. I don't understand why one has to order online yet get yeld at when you get to the shop and go to the collect side. Im really not happy with that lady that shouted at me to tell me to go que on the order side. Yet the lady that help me at first only asked her to take payment from me. It's not okay when people treat you as if they pay for your meal. For a loyal customer like myself I'm very hurt and not happy with the service I got. Lydenburg Debonair ruined my night I'm not happy. You don't treat customers like that.
