This store opened a couple of weeks ago and I went to them this Sunday. it is the first time I purchased chicken from the franchise. The first thing was the staff didn't inform customers that their card machine was offline. I ordered 2 meals and i had cash for one meal, but the lady combined the order. she didn't say anything about card machine being offline and my purchase was declined. I asked the supervisor why we weren't informed beforehand her response was that they are checking each order whether it goes through, and she did ask the staff to advise customers about it. My husband then proceeded to withdraw the cash and so that was sorted then when I went to collect my order again another blunder. I had ordered 2 mash and gravy and 1 coleslaw. I checked my order and I saw 3 mash and gray and I asked for the coleslaw i was told they ran out that's why I got 3 mash and gravy. i asked why I wasn't told before I placed order then I would not have paid additional for the extra side. The guy didn't say anything. He said it will take time to make the coleslaw. I waited a few minutes before he said he had the coleslaw for me. Regardless of what we pay for it is still service delivery that counts.
I purchased a PNP double layer chocolate cake for my daughters birthday on Wednesday afternoon. Her birthday being the next day. Purchase was at the Queensburgh branch. Sell by Date 24.08.2024. By the next day this was already gone bad. Not happy that something that was supposed to be a celebration with family literally turned to be sour.
i tried purchasing on Checkers 60 60 App and every time i got to into pin it didn't go trough it declined. i must have did this for about 3 or 4 time, finally a friend helped me get thru my purchase. . i somehow checked my message and and it looked like all my purchase went thru. please tell me how this as possible. i am unable to help because i changed my phone and unable to check anything on my side, worse is that i call the call center they pus me thru to an agent with explain my ca and the agent did not want to that the call was about and he said he cannot help me out.......
I am a loyal customer to PNP Queensburgh but service has really dropped. My complaint is very recent. I was at the store yesterday, yes understably there are renovations being done but pricing on items are incorrect or prices are not visible on the shelves. I picked the items I wanted and proceeded to the till to pay. Cashier scanned the items but then it was system problems and discounts were not deducted. It is a Sunday people have things to do. and not spend time wasted on system issues. I spent about 30 minutes at the till point waiting for things to start working again. while I was at the till the cashier called the manager to assist, the manager had to manually deduct the discounts. She had a pamphlet with her to compare prices and I told her the items that were supposed to be on discount. I even mentioned twice to her, and this line was still not deducted. I saw the pamphlet she had and an item I wanted I had not taken cos I though the prices changed as the price on the shelf was completely different. I spent over R500 so what happens to my smart shopper points as well as the till slip does not reflect. This should not be my problem that there were system issues. Another concern is I heard the cashier say there was also a problem last Sunday. Should I avoid going to PNP on a Sunday so I don't get caught up in another system failure.
I am absolutely disappointed with Discovery Medical scheme. You are only trigger happy to decline every procedure that a patient requires. I have done everything my GP has required to get authorization to specialist to visiting the specialist and now to find out that you have declined my hospital authorization. Because no traces of cancer was found on the fine needle aspiration. I am sitting with a big mass on my breast/chest, and it needs to be removed regardless of whatever it is I have. Someone better get off their chair and see what i have to go through daily. You guys are messing around with my life and my freedom to live better. you want proof I will be glad to send you photos. I am paying for this medical aid so i expect to be using services. Sort this out immediately, I want this mass removed from my body.
I purchased a 1l tub of Granadilla low fat yoghurt on Thursday. I had opened this product on Saturday and it stayed in the fridge on Sunday I was going to have but the yoghurt turned watery. Didn't smell good as well.
My husband got us Pedro take away for lunch, and he ordered for himself the Giblets and Roll. We got home to find the Giblets had absolutely no sauce only oil. This wasn't good at all. I had even taken a photo of what it looked like. When you buy take aways it is because of convenience and when we get home then we open our meals. Not everyone has the time to go back to inform the branch of what was the end product.
It was both my son's birthday and mine yesterday. My family decided on breakfast at Spur as he get a birthday voucher to use. it was my first (and last) visit to the Red Oak Spur at Malvern shopping center. We got to the Spur at 10am i mentioned that it was my son's birthday, and we will be using the voucher. The lady at the front desk was extremely unhelpful. Understandably their Wi-Fi was not working so she says she cannot do anything and cannot help to check whether we have the voucher loaded or not. That was the start of a bad breakfast, anyways we proceeded to the table, and we sat down. it took a waitress 20 minutes to come to us for our order. as i was giving my order i mentioned that i would like to use the birthday voucher. this was in the middle of taking down my order she took my family card and enquired with the front desk lady again to come back to say Wi-Fi is down and cannot check. she did not complete my order but instead she insisted that she call the manager. The manager came and my details were taken and a reregistration or something was done, and birthday voucher sorted. Another waitress came to take our order down at 10:50 almost an hour after getting into the restaurant. As i was giving the lady my order to an extremely unfriendly waitress i asked her they also do the free ice cream for a birthday, and she said yes. i told her it was my son's birthday as well as mine and she laughs to my face. extremely horrible service from start to end.
FNB is currently the worst bank to be with, it is appalling to sit in front of a service consultant trying to get answers and you are told that if i have cellphone banking i can check my queries and even when i asked to elaborate why it shows non FNB ATM i am told i can check that using online banking. i need answers not referred to digital channels. I NEED ANSWERS Why are my service fees that high when i withdraw from an ATM bank i use FNB ATM to withdraw and not any other bank. Why am i charged for Items paid when i had funds in my account for the transaction. Is FNB finding new ways to take peoples money. Your digital channels are frustrating.
Why am i changed for unpaid fee when i have left enough for my debit orders to go through.
