I am appalled at the pathetic service from Netstar, an absolute joke you guys are! Trying to get hold of you is like pulling teeth. You will charge me a monthly rental for a device that is not working, and try to sell me all this other *******, but when it comes to installing a new device or performing an ounce of customer service you fail dismally!

I have been trying since the beginning of this month to get a tax invoice from the Riverhorse Valley branch in KZN. Like usual, I am getting the worst customer support (we have a Merc truck) which has become a norm for this branch. I then escalated it to the manager, who himself has done nothing to help. It is like banging your head against a brick wall dealing with some of the staff there. Highly frustrating!
Worst medical aid, all they care about is charging extra for pre-authorisations. Having a simple 1-hour procedure, which they now deem as specialised, and therefore charging an arm and a leg! I would not recommend using them.
I have been dealing with MTN Ballito Junction Mall for over 2 weeks now and struggling to get hold of the sales person who i dealt with. When i call they say they will call back. which never happens and when you message or try to call them they don't answer. This is some of the worst customer service i have ever experienced! Can anyone please help me?
Typical insurance company who claims they care about you and there for you when you need to submit claims, all just blah blah blah! I have contacted Miway twice to get my claim sorted, but to my amazement (that is a massive joke) no one has bothered to call me back or send me an email I am assuming this post will result in someone calling me in the next couple hours. Too late Miway, you have lost my loyalty and i will be looking for a new insurance company. Just do your job correctly and not only worry about informing clients regarding bull**** advertising and premium increases, focus on why people actually take out insurance. And for your call centre agents, they need to be taught how to listen!
One of your tele people, not even going to call them an agent or consultant, is extremely rude and arrogant. Khalid Mohammed is one of those employees Telkom 100% does not need. He could not even give a ref number for the call, only his name. I was lied too on the phone and given zero help in terms of what i wanted to sort out,. I sincerely expect a call from his manager to sort out this issue, and some extra training for Khalid is certainly needed! His arrogance needs to be curbed and curtailed and possibly brought back down a few notches in life! Just remember, you only a call centre person! Telkom, you like the gift that never keeps on giving!
