Never again!!
Zero stars!! Bought from him twice, paid cash and all was good but the 3rd time I stupidly fell for paying with cash wallet. He has since disappeared. Can't reach him on his phone, Whatsapp or Facebook. Be careful!!!

Uitstekende diens & die vriendelikste span mense wat ek in 'n lang tyd teë gekom het. Sal beslis hulle dienste aan beveel! * Update* Is vir 'n t****e keer terug en indien moontlik was die diens nog bietjie beter! Hulle gaan beslis die ekstra myl vir hulle kliënte! Sal verseker terug gaan na hulle toe!!

Vredendal Volkswagen - 0 stars
The worst experience I have ever had in my life! I won’t even recommend them to someone I don’t like. I thought, being a well-established and well reputed brand name, that this would be a smooth and easy process. Volkswagen is after-all a household name that is trusted and dependable. What I didn’t know was that what could usually be done in a couple of days, took them close to 2 months. I can now finally close the book and say good riddance! Trying to get info, is like extracting teeth, without numbing the area... Empty promises, false info and blatantly rude behaviour seems to be the level of client service they deem normal as during the 2 months I spoke to more than one salesman – the one more useless than the other and trying to put me in the wrong when clearly they seem to have absolutely NO idea of how to sell a car and treat a client. The licence disk expired – so I had to drive around with an unlicensed car even after the 21 day grace period & not registered to my name for 4 weeks. It’s truly been a horrendous experience and something I would really not ever want to repeat. Vredendal VW gives every salesman out there a terrible name and unfortunately to Volkswagen in a whole as well.

Sam is the best salesman ever!
If you ever want to buy a car - contact Sam at Bargain Auto, he went more than the extra mile to make sure that I was happy and sorted out. I was not enjoying the car searching at all, but from the moment I spoke to Sam he changed the experience into a positive one for me! There wasn't anything too big or too little that I could ask - he reassured me & helped me with every little thing - even still answering questions after hours! Sam, you truly are one of the good guys! I really can't thank you enough! I also want to thank Jan and Franco, whom without this deal wouldn't have been possible! Thank you for going above and beyond to help me out & making sure that my car is perfect for me! The 3 of you are definitely angels sent to help me! By the way, I absolutely love her! The car is in tip top condition, clean as a whistle & just perfect overall! I would highly recommend anyone to pay Bargain Auto a visit!! I'm definitely going back when it's time for a new one...
