The only reason I gave 1 star is because there isn't an option to select 0 stars for the pathetic service we have received from this so called travel agent called Sure Mithas Travel, the last hotel booked for us in Istanbul was supposed to be a 4 star rating but it was clearly a 1 star hotel and when we contacted the owner to try and sort out this issue he said there is nothing he can do, there is just too many things wrong with the room to elaborate so I would just like to advise people out there not to use these useless agents for holidays in future
Hi My phone line has been down for the past 2 weeks. I logged several call on the net and still waiting for the ref number to be sent to me phone To date no one has bothered to come out and access the problem Telkom is very good and fast to charge customers but to service the customer they sucks This is totally unacceptable and this issue needs urgent attention
Rain is the worse service provider and I will never reccomend anyone to use them All they do is take people's money but cant provide a decent service Its 1 month that I am struggling to get proper coverage and all they do is apologize and close calls without resolving everything Absolutely damn useless We paying every month for a service that we never get to use or enjoy Since 1.00pm the network is down and all I get told when I call is " we apologize " and this happens everyday In the past year I cannot say that RAIN ever worked properly USELESS , USELESS , USELESS
Since yesterday we do not have any newtwork I tried calling the contact number with no luck This needs urgent attention as we relay on the network to do our daily job

Monzi Safaris are the biggest crooks, they promised braai on the beach but don't cater for halal meals and blamed Viator for their pathetic customer service
MTN has debited my account in error on the 20th of Nov 2020. Since then I am getting the run around from the Cresta branch and contact centre. No one can give my a proper answer with regards to a refund and whenever I ask to speak to a manager , conveniently he or she is no available Below is the message I recieved without my query been resolved, how is this possible I must say MTN is totally useless and quick in taking people's money Dear Customer,Your query 1-3023847493 has been closed.
