I had a terrible customer experience with the travel arrangements/itinerary, and will not be using this agency in future. Firstly, this agency does not provide what they advertise as part of the packages. Secondly, they use low-cost carriers, with overlay periods extended to 5-7 hours. To add to this, our luggage arrived 3 days after our return date, resulting in us incurring additional expenses as we were away from home. My frustration and level of dissatisfaction have been exacerbated by how my queries were handled and the responses I received. There was a clear lack of customer service and support after payment was made, which has left me feeling that I, as an individual, am not valued by this agency. As a result, I will not be using or recommending this agency in the future.

Dealing with the Cape Town branch in Rylands has been a very disappointing experience 🥹 I paid for flights from Cape Town to Greece ( we arranged our own accommodation and transfers) which went off without a hitch. On our return from Athens to Istanbul, the seams started to fall apart 🙄🥹 we booked the transfers to be included for pick up and drop off, but was met in Istanbul without any transfers. I weaved amongst the taxi company’s asking if they would be our pick up? But to no avail. We waited for over an hour and with no calls or our names on a board. We then had to pay for our own transfer to the hotel eventually. I have requested for my refund fr Mithas Travel in Rylands Cape Town, but am still waiting since the 2nd October and no response to date. We had to start the process of requesting confirmation of transfers etc to not be caught off guard again, which helped us. I am now in Atillas Cave Hotel,which is advertised as having a Turkish Bath + Jacuzzi. Upon asking the staff who can hardly speak English, I was informed that they do not own one at all? We will have to travel 10km on a winding road to Goreme to experience a Turkish Spa Bath😱 there are no restaurants anywhere close to this Hotel either, so would have appreciated being made aware of this so that I could have paid upfront for the dinners and lunches if needed😤 The online pricing to the museums and sites are hugely expensive , and the ones I booked online did not include the entry fees. Wish this was communicated so that I could have been aware of what to expect. Just disappointed with my first trip to Turkey and to let you all know out there what to look out for when making a booking for a trip to Cappadocia. Be prepared to spend a lot of money!

I have requested a cancellation on a partially used ticket from Abu Dhabi to duarban and back.Due to unforseen circumstances I had to cancel my return flight and did inform the agent. This was in December 2023.I have logged a complain with the agent and was told he forwarded my complain.I have been in contact with the company from December 2023 with staff members and eventually when I got in contact with Hawa from hr in January 2024 she was unaware of my situation. Going forward was promised a refund of R1600 x2 and was told it will take 14 days.then a month later nothing,when I contacted them again it changed to R300 per ticket.I have proof of wats app msg,recorded voice calls,email,chatting with Radia conversation with Hawa but to date only promises and.nothing done as yet.There is no communication unless I call them and that to Hawa is either busy ,at school to pickup her child or not yet at work.it has now been 4.months and all I here is promises and they are in contact with Qatar Airways. I have even requested a ref.no so that I follow up myself but they refuse to give.one.pathetic service from Sure mitha travel durban. The last wats app .so I sent to Hawa,she read it and that's it.pathetic pathetic pathetic after sales. I will not recommend this company to family and friends. Worst company to deal with. I have flown with 3 other companies and the service was tops.

The only reason I gave 1 star is because there isn't an option to select 0 stars for the pathetic service we have received from this so called travel agent called Sure Mithas Travel, the last hotel booked for us in Istanbul was supposed to be a 4 star rating but it was clearly a 1 star hotel and when we contacted the owner to try and sort out this issue he said there is nothing he can do, there is just too many things wrong with the room to elaborate so I would just like to advise people out there not to use these useless agents for holidays in future

The only reason I gave 1 star is because there isn't an option to select 0 stars for the pathetic service we have received from this so called travel agent called Sure Mithas Travel, the last hotel booked for us in Istanbul was supposed to be a 4 star rating but it was clearly a 1 star hotel and when we contacted the owner to try and sort out this issue he said there is nothing he can do, there is just too many things wrong with the room to elaborate so I would just like to advise people out there not to use these useless agents for holidays in future

Worst service from Hamza Khader from Sure Mitha travel. He was very efficient in getting me to pay my deposit however once payment was received he did not contact me unless I made followups or contacted him. I paid for a 5* star package with full day tour in Istanbul but received a 4* star hotel upon arrival and a half day tour. Also he was never able to respond to my emails or messages and giving me excuses all the time. Furthermore I travelled with my 6 year old son and he failed to pre book our flight seats together and we sat separately for our flights despite me telling him to change it. I received my Dubai whilst in Istanbul, one day prior to arriving in Dubai. Absolutely terrible and incompetent service. And I still did not receive any apology from him or management even though I sent an email voicing my concerns. Will not recommend this travel agency!

Hamze Kader is always sending updates and specials via emails regularly. This week he helped me a lot. He also telephonically listens to my needs and tries to give the best quote. He has given me very valuable advice which saves thousands of rands. And he has a lot of know how about the destinations that I travel and wish to travel to. I appreciate his personal attention and striving to give off the best service.
