I have received great and quick assistance from Zintle. Had some doubts regarding cancelling order with Rain but after such quick and sufficient service from Zintle- I am happy to be with Rain again 🙂
Not a company you wish to take out a cellphone contract. They don't sent out monthly statements and they double charge you for local brand cellphones. Their sim card only works 12months, and there is no way to get hold of them in case of emergencies. No contact numbers or email address.
Sad to know that when it comes to POPI ACT Violation there is no one that can investigate this matter. That also explains how ones personal information gets to be scattered all over and you can't sue that person because one have to email this pathetic Information Regulator the documents with evidence but nothing comes off it- perhaps we as South Africans don't have an INFORMATION REGULATOR??
Fraudsters. These crooks take your money without making of true identification. Debit my account for an application I never did- and when you phone them then their consultants are so useless cause they can't give you answers.
I have been banking with ABSA for more than 10 years and never have I had a problem with this bank until now. I don't understand why they(ABSA Bank) let other people get into ones account. I have 2 unauthorized debit orders ( NAEDO) that goes off my account every month and every month I reverse them. I am now fed-up with this nonsense and feels strongly to close my all my accounts with ABSA immediate effectively. Because ABSA cant put a stop order on this request...
