Hi, i have had an ongoing problem with MFC. My husband does not receive any form of a statement but they debit money off his account every month!!!! I have phoned the call center multiple times and they refuse to help me. My husband has phoned and they just ignore him...***??? if my husband does not receive his statement in the next 48 hours i will be going to the consumer act and i will put a stop to this debit order. For all i know the car has been paid off and someone is living the life with this money.
Good day, I am so disgusted with Checkers in Eastgate Shopping centre. Yesterday I bought a salad there and it was rotten and mouldy. The bad thing this is not the first time something like this has happened. the previous times I just let it slide put with prices going up you can't afford to pay for off food... this is really ridiculous. I will not recommend anyone to go there anymore the standards has slipped badly!!!
I am not impress with this panelbeaters at all! I have been struggling to get my car for almost 3 weeks now. Which I also understand is mostly Miway's fault, ( but if they just used their own common sense this could have been avoided) but I have been phoning and phoning to get my car and on Monday they said Wednesday and when I phoned on Wednesday the receptionist said Prince will get back to me which he never did. so I phoned today just to find out they are closed?? I eventually got to someone and now they are telling me Monday. I am sorry but this was to fix a ****ing vendor bender not the whole ****ing engine????? 3 weeks to do what exactly? I am so gatvol
I am so gatvol... there is no other word!!! I have been struggling to get my car back for almost 3 weeks now! The first week I received updates and when I got to the panel beaters the work done on the car was ****. so I complained to get it done right. no there is complete radio silence from Miway and I actually have been running around to fix this ****!!! On Monday I phoned the panel beaters and I was told I can get my car on Wednesday, I phoned on Wednesday and the receptionist said Prince will phone me back which he didn't. Now when I phoned they are closed and it's Monday.... ***, this is unacceptable , you hear and see all these adverts showing how good Miway is but I have only had a bad experience and all because Miway didn't want to order the original part. Me and my husband has 3 policies with Miway and believe you me I will be cancelling all of them!!!!
We have been trying to get a technician out to our offices in Herm**** for 3 years now to fix the line. We are paying for a 4mbps line and the line is currently running on .17mbps. This is really pathetic service from Telkom and all this time is costing our company a lot of money which of course is unacceptable. I have so many ref numbers that I do not know which one to use any more and Telkom is either ignoring this or just plain refusing to help. We have phoned numerous times, complained on social media and logged calls and all they are saying is that we are waiting for a technician to become available, I don't know about you but I can't believe that it takes 3 years for a technician to become available!!
