Infuriating service
Absolutely infuriating using you as a courier service. The address I always use when utilizing FedEx is never an issue, but every time DHL has to complete my shipment due to a supplier's preferred shipper then I get "exception" and "on hold" status messages. I honestly would not recommend DHL!!!

Pleasant experience dealing with Msizi
Msizi at Vodacom has assisted with cancellation of one of my contracts and upgrade of another with ease. Excellent consultant and definitely someone worth dealing with. Ask for him directly if you're calling the Cancellations/Upgrades division.

Bussey Roofs is not professional or ethical!!!
Worst business ethic ever. Does not answer calls nor messages, quick to take one's money but takes his own time to do the quoted job. After he replaced my roof I now have endless issues with leaking and failed Waterproofing. Do not waste your money or time with this business!!!

FedEx Customs clearance agents
Really frustrated and annoyed with the service level from this company. All my parcels in the past that have been brought in were by FedEx as they offered the best rates for our orders out of USA. Lately they've been requesting all these additional documents to process clearance and the more I keep telling the agents that my bank statements are 1 month rolling statements the more they keep asking for it. I've in the the past sent transaction amounts processed on our business account but they say now that it is no longer valid. I've also drafted letters highlighting why a certified bank statement can't be provided until the end of the month and the agents are still asking for it. Are your people blind it incompetent to understand the facts I spell out to them?! Jack up your service or I'll rather look at other service providers and rather pay more for a quality service. I don't have these issues when dealing with DHL.

Ano's Transport - worst transporter service
I would not recommend Ano's Transport to anyone if you need your car to be transported. My vehicle was loaded in JHB perfectly and the driver advised that they would not move the car again until they arrived at my place in CPT. However, at some point prior to arriving to my place, and without me being present, they moved the vehicle and damaged the front bumper lip and lower tray. The owner won't take responsibility for damages caused, and refuses to claim from his insurances for the damages. They are very unprofessional as a transporter and do not take pride in ensuring that other people goods are taken care of. Their slogan "Our reputation speaks for itself" is a bunch of rubbish and absolute lies!!! STAY AWAY from them!!!!

Geraldine (Call Centre)
Queried a clearance delay with my order and dealt with Geraldine (did not ask for her surname unfortunately). She was friendly, efficient, and had a very positive demeanor. Her assistance and excellent service levels are highly valued.
