I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction and concern regarding the recent deletion of my phone number, which occurred without any prior notice or communication from Vodacom. This unexpected action has significantly disrupted my communication channels, causing inconvenience and potential loss of important contacts and information. As a customer, I believe I should have been notified ahead of such a change to allow me to address any issues or provide necessary verification
Capitec license disc renewal service is a money making scheme and managed by stupidity of high note. I processed my Vehicle license disc renewal using Capitec and paid R50 for their service and R99 for my vehicle license disc to be couried to my place but only to be told Skynet courier couldn't verify my address but they refund me my money back. Please don't use these people stupid services.
A car was delivered to me on the 15th of April by Wilowcrest Motors and experienced a breakdown on the 16th of April (just a day after a delivery) due to mechanical defects. I mean the 2012 vehicle but currently has 86000 km mileage. The dealership refused to give me money back due to the racial microaggressions that are happening daily at their dealership.
We had to wait for this company to deliver the car from the 26th of March to the 15th of April. The car was finally delivered on the 15th of April after waiting and the car broke down due to Mechanical failure on the 16th of April. No urgency in resolving the matter. Send emails about the cancellation of the contract and refund of my deposit but no one is keen to respond to our calls or emails.

I started my rent to own application on the 22nd of March and selected a car from one Planet42 registerd dealerships, paid R30000 deposit and I was called to come pick the car on the 12 of April. I got to the dealership and I was told they can't deliver the car because the car wasn't fitted with Tracker, but how come the dealership call me to come pick the car while not everything was sorted. Even today I'm still waiting for the car. I have sent emails to dealership support department and still no response.
We accidentally paid our rental money (R6820) into our Unimet wallet. We have requeste the refund since yesterday and we got blocked from Whatsaap communication channel. We have sent emails with no replies. We have tried to open a case with the Police and there is no help as their no offices or a direction of where they run their bussiness from.
I have been waiting for a Refund from FNB from 28th December until today. Initially I was told my refund claim will be processed and paid in 48 hours, but I'm still waiting, I have send several messages and there is no response from FNB. I think this Bank operate like Government institutions. Requesting a refund seems like applying for a tender, the process is long and there is no any communication at all.
I have made a refund request from FNB, and it has been 2 weeks now without any success, I have email RB Jacobs, and all I got is the same response without any updates.
I thought I'm using the correct bank, until I have over paid my loan account and none of Fnb representatives are willing to help. I have already used R200 of my airtime by contacting them, and all I'm getting are mixed messages or not answering phones at all. This crazy bank must close.
