Our whole street was affected by a Loss of signal apparently caused by a gunshot. We had Vuma technicians who worked so hard and tirelessly to resolve our issue. The dedication I saw in that team assigned was really out of this world. They went over and above because the hours that were put in were way longer than their expected working hours. Thank you so much.
I'm feeling very frustrated because although I have sent them proof of payment already 4 days ago for a payment made to them using the peach payments portal sent to me on their behalf, my tracking status still has not been updated and still states that I have not paid. I'm very disappointed at Skynet. I called them every times around 2pm on Friday, kept getting put in the queue and then calls disconnected. If I never use Skynet again, it will be too soon.
I made a payment using their portal sent via whatsapp for items ordered from Temu. It's been 4 days now, my tracking status is still showing as unpaid even though I've sent the proof of payment to Peach payments. This is very nightmarish.
Thandiwe Mbuli the worst clinic staff. She's very rude to patients and should be removed. She challenged a patient (Gauteng traffic warden) while they were in their uniform, alleging that "they" always want special treatment. It didn't stop there as Thandiwe wouldn't stop with the antagonizing. This gives the clinic a very bad name and such behavior should not be condoned.
This has by far been one of the most disappointing panels. I still cut them some slack after they just didn't pay my R50 bonus points 3 years ago. And now you can't log into their new platform, you invest time completing surveys and still don't get the credit even though the survey was successfully completed. The 1 star rating is over exaggerated because it's mandatory to rate before proceeding to share. I'm super disappointed.
Shopping made so much peaceful snd rewarding. It's always a joy shopping at any Pick n pay. From their lower prices and still getting rewarded for every cent spent. Nothing beats this

After email after email regarding a voucher that didn't work, Enlighten sent me a working voucher...over a month later. I guess, better late than never.
To this day, it's been over a month now since I logged a query and the only time I get some kind of feedback is when I take the initiative to follow up. See the kind of responses that I've been receiving, My issue remains unresolved. Enlighten panel has proven to be by far the worst company I've engaged with. I received a blank Shoprite/Checkers voucher and sent a query which was resolved with a visible voucher number. When I tried to use it at Shoprite, the voucher number was not found. I've been sending them emails since the 4th of October but no response from Enlighten panel.
