Can I just ask, why is it so difficult to pay a Telkom Fibre account online? Besides the fact that I don't exist on the new application, I cannot pay my account anywhere online, even after meticulously studying & attempting the guide on website. I've been to Telkom shops and technicians keep saying it will take weeks for my profile to be corrected. That to me, is kind of ridiculous. I just want to PAY MY BILL...
I've been a loyal Capitec bank customer for 13 years, and had minor issues here and there. These passed couple of days however, customer service has not impressed me at all - I'm extremely disappointed. I cannot contact a credit department, as they no longer have a direct line, nor am I begging any longer for the money that I worked very hard for, that has not been refunded. The branch was no help really. Without immediate action, I might need to move to another bank as soon as possible.
Besides underestimating the size of the actual venue, the vibe was great (warm, inviting and had 'lekker' laughs)! Thank you to Neil, Kirsten and the kitchen staff, for a great outing. Lukas (the better half) and I will definitely be back soon!
After numerous quotes and calls, we found CARtime online. Since we made first contact until the last goodbye, WOW! Not only did they constantly communicate with my husband about anything occurring or possible issues, they even provided a Bolt/Uber service to bring in and collect the car. We are very impressed with how this major service went. And our car baby was spotless inside and out upon collection. Thank you, André and team! Hope to be back soon for all auto needs.
I no longer really have any words. I've called, emailed and begged. I seem to be heading for an email complaint to ICASA as they pay no mind to loyal customers any longer. Still no activated fibre at new address, after doing EVERYTHING according to their "books". I've begged, pleaded, been nice and spoken kindly to people who lie, take your money and charge you for something that has been cancelled or not activated yet...
Delicious food and excellent friendly service! We had the delicious breakfast croissant and hot drinks that were divinely made. The decor was warm and inviting. We had a lovely time here. Thank you Luckmore and Emmah for the delicious treats! We will definitely be back soon!
Wow. I'm beyond disappointed and I've had enough. Numerous calls and visits to them, only to hear that they don't even have my correct address on the system - we relocated! I wonder who I've been speaking with that has guided me to cancel the previous Fibre at the previous address and created the new order for the new address? How do they send me a router to the new address only to tell me I must go into the shop and change the address... Long and short of it is, I pay for installation and I do the installation myself? Now I'm waiting on a call - which I know will not come - from the tech team that will need to assist me remotely as my username is the issue... I am frustrated and annoyed.
