My daughter was 5 months old and coughing her little lungs out and had xray confirmed bronchitis. We waited 4 hours for assistance. Doctor discharged her. We waited another 2 hours for the prescription letter which never came. We left the hospital without the prescription note. We still went to see a pediatrician because we were not assisted, and this was serious. Cut the long story short. Medical Aid didn't cover the bill. So I made an EFT after receiving request for payment to the given account, even though i did not receive full service from ER. I was avoiding what is to follow. I sent proof of payment but 15 days after the payment, I received a letter of demand from their debtors collectors Elmarie at EO Accounting. Also saying they will list me to ITC. Not only are the medical staff ***********, but their financial administration is also horrible at book keeping. I believe it is in the best interest of the hospital to actually expel DR LOUISE ENGELBRECHT & GENOTE (EMT) from their premises and source new group of Casualty doctors to manage their Trauma unit. At this rate DR LOUISE ENGELBRECHT & GENOTE (EMT) will bring the entire hospital to disrepute. Unless heaven is calling you, please stay away from that Trauma/ casualty unit in an emergency. I read horrific reviews about the Eugene Marais Trauma unit. DR LOUISE ENGELBRECHT & GENOTE (EMT) must go.
When placing an order you are charged 10% fee to accommodate product substitution which could potentially be slightly priced higher than the product initially purchased. If no substitution of items that are different prices happens, then the fee is refunded. I bought laundry liquid detergents. It was substituted with an alternative product of the same brand and of the same price. Consultant assisting me said I would be refunded since the items are same. It is almost 1 month since I purchased and I still wait for a refund. I emailed customer care and they promised to refund in 7-14 working days. I emailed after not getting refund, and the customer care consultant has now escalated the matter. I have since not heard anything from anyone any more.
I asked for a device installation quote. Then next thing I get emails that I have ordered a device and the order is confirmed. I should make payment. I have emailed the help desk countless times and had no response. The Vox sales representative said he needed my details to generate a quote. So he ****. It was a trick to bind me into a Sales order. Watch out.
