We are not happy with capitec bank, we have submitted a death claim on the 5th of June at vanderbijlpark branch and we were told claim will pay on Monday till to date we haven't received any funds from capitec, case it's unnatural death and all documents were submitted we want to start planning our funeral services but we unable to do that as capitec is taking forever to process our claim...when they debit us to very quick to do so but to pay claims they take forever
I am not happy with multichoice they ripping people off. My mother is a pensioner and she requested to downgrade her package from dstv compact plus to compact in March and it was never done and all this was requested through live chat, then again in April we requested again a downgrade and it was done via whatsap even given an amount to pay to downgrade then payment was made for compact....for the month of May when my mom wants to pay the account she's been told to pay 1884 and when I ask they told that she's on compact plus and their system shows that she's on compact plus. My question is who upgraded the package back to compact plus in May n there's no answer I even ask why must we pay for compact plus we're else we only viewed compact package.....my mother is a pensioner imagine you guys taking an advantage of that
Never seen such an *********** company , it's been a week trying to do a sim swap and all ur vaal branches are offline, worse part you do not have options to do sim swap telephonically we only have to visit the branch imagine If u can be offline for a month does that mean I have to wait a month before I can get my number back....guys that time unable to restore my bank apps and lot of my things are registered with the telkom number I'm not happy at all with ur sim swap services.. it Thursday today and still u guys are offline
I bought something online and on the 18th got email that it's out of stock and refund has been processed will get refund within 2-5 working days.to my surprise today when I call was told they did not have my banking details question is why was I not asked to send banking details and bow I'm being told will get refund after 18 days unfortunately not wait for dat 18 days I want Mt money into my account today, I'm not accountable for their incompetence the fiance team was supposed to call or send email requesting banking details ...can I have my money into my account today
dstv is ripping people off , today i wne t on their whatsap chat and request for the amount to pay then i pay R700 and R800 then i wne t back on whatsap to activate then got a reply that i need to pay R81.79 to pay then when i speak to a consultant by the name of Thapelo on dstv live chat who was very rude and end our chat without my consent he said he cannot activate my CCOUNT AS I NEED to pay R314.80 and when i asked how come he says thats the amount i need to pay and im asking him why different amounts in one day whatsap says 81.79 and he tells me about R314.50 so all in all he wants me to pay R1800 for a dstv compact plus and i am a pesioner number

please note my network has been off since 6am in the morning , cant receive calls /whatsap/or even email even my work simcard is not connected i am unable to work this is bluddy ****en incompetant ,im in vaal sebokeng even now its still showing emergency calls
Dstv is a ****** ****en scam.... Sunday I made a payment to multichoice using incorrect reference number however I a texted them on via dstv app and provide proof of payment and they reconnect my services then on Monday they suspended my services then I spoke with an agent by the name of Kwena digitally who is refusing to connect my services saying payment is not reflecting even thou I emailed the proof of payment to him still kwena is telling he can't reconnect... So this is very clear why people are terminating their subscriptions and join showmax n Netflix... They are so incompetence I don't understand why they can't reconnect even when I provided them with a proof of payment
May I humbly request capitec to refund my money that is still into my account that has been under investigation for more that 7 years now all I want it's a refund of my money that is still into my account ID 8810175996085
