Light off
Im extremely frustrated with this management . No sense of customer management . We forver getting lights cut off because of thier non payment ,. If is not loadshedding its the lights being cut. off.

Unauthorized debits going on the randon dates not as per agreement.
You dont even deserve a star. You need to up your game.1 debit date changed , I have use for that money .now I dont have money left because of your greed. you dont even offer relief of some sort. 2. you dnt have a call back option. 3. you dont respond

Parcel delay
The worst service I have ever used . How do a service provider request directions. At this day and age with all the navigation apps available at our disposal . You get transferred from person to another ,holding on the line close to 30 minutes .

Voucher not recieved

RoyalBenefits R99 scam
I have reported a scam sms recieved from RoyalBenefits R99 debit ,dominant Domain ********** 816 ref Rbenefits ********** ********** ********** alerting me they will debit me on 31st of May . According to the team leader Fieka Allison Capitec does not have a preventative measure in place for such scam . I am also advised that I will be charged 5 or 8 rands for the reversal which is ridiculous.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE .
The worst experience ever received from the Monateng owner. We were requested to pack up and leave in the middle on night while small kids were still sleeping . We were told if we refused to leave our tents will be kicked while we still inside. The kids were scared and some of the group were escorted out and left to wait for other members to finish pack. Some of the group had no transport so they were up untill wee of the morning to wait for their transport to fetch them . I feel we should be refunded however this is not the case. I will never recommend this place to anyone .
