Delivery guaranteed for 24/06/2023 before 5pm, now 6:11pm but still no delivery. If I track the order it says delivered. Please don't lie Takealot. Won't ever buy from them again.
I took out 2 funeral policies a few years ago, one for my brother and one for me. Sadly my brother passed away on the 28/12/2021. I submitted my claim on the 31/12/2021 and as of today 5/01/2022 the only feedback I have received is when I phone them to enquire. I have paid for the funeral costs out of my own pocket as I don't trust Hollard to fulfill there obligations and I'm considering cancelling my policy. To add insult I was also debited for January 2022 on my late brother's policy.
Starting to doubt my purchase of a Chinese car brand (Haval H1) Windscreen cracked at 500 kms (Insurance claim) and Glasfit couldn't seem to find a replacement. I asked my insurer to change the supplier to PG Glass and they found a windscreen but cant seem to find a beading. Can both suppliers be wrong or is there a general problem with spares for the Haval!
Applied for a cellphone contract in December 2017 and received an e-mail on the 12/12/2017 informing me that it had been declined. Received a SMS on the 18/12/2017 stating that the application had been approved and that my bank account would be debited in the next 3 days which it was. On receipt of the mail on the 12/12/2017 I opted to use another service provider and I tried on numerous occasions to contact Telkom mobile to cancel the transaction without luck. Eventually on the 20/12/2017 I spoke to an agent who informed me that I would be contacted in the next 24-72 hours, to date nothing and best part of it all is they have my money.
